This is simply a seaweed removing machine, they use them all the time to clear weeds from marinas, canals and beach areas. Its cool they found another use for it.

This is just plain AWESOME. Great invention. Needs more horsepower to carry a larger dump barge so more can be collected at any one time. Other than that, quite a tremendous machine.
