I am so proud of you! I know exactly how good you are feeling right now. In 2015 I started working on losing weight, I lost a total of 120 lbs. Unfortunately I did not keep it off though. I gained back 50 lbs over the last 2 years. So watching you on your journey has inspired me to get back at it. You look fantastic and should be proud of how far you've already come!
@@angiesims6708 I also lost 110lbs without surgery, but through time gained it all back and then some. This time I will take the surgery to make sure I keep losing and keep the weight off. Maybe it's something that could work for you or maybe you can find another way. Anyway, wish you good luck in your journey, stay healthy!
I am also 5 months post op and I love seeing your excitement and positivity! You are a breath of fresh air! I’m down 108 pounds since before my 2 week pre op fast, and down 78 pounds since the day of surgery. So very similar stats. I am down to 170 and think I will probably lose 20-30 more before i finally plateau (at least that is what my surgeon says 🤷🏻♀️). I can relate to almost every single thing you said in this video. Life is definitely better, 100 pounds lighter! Im proud of you and thoroughly enjoy your videos. Keep it up! ❤
Good for you on the loss of dress sizes. It's wonderful to lose the weight but we're so focused on size so it's the best feeling to fitting in a in a size 5 lower than before! Congratulations!
Trina-Louise you look amazing... You looked amazing before but there is a whole new energy about you. Iv watched you for a couple of years now and honestly I have always looked to you for inspiration and you've never disappointed. Thank you for being so candid and honest and just being the amazing lady that you are xx
AMAZING Trina-Louise, what an incredible time you're enjoying now. Well done you for getting back to the Gym. A woman's self esteem is very much tied to their weight.

Omg your looking absolutely stunning Trina . Many congratulations to you and you have every right to be proud of yourself. I so wish you all the luck in the world. Your really lovely to listen to. I’ve lost 2.5 st with slimming world, but had to give it up only for a few months because I just couldn’t afford it every week. I was going to enquire from you about your gorgeous dress then you told us it’s from Asda but they didn’t do online shopping to Ireland, so when you loose more weight you’ll have to send it to me 😂😂😂😂😂. Take care Triona Louise , you gorgeous and you deserve it. Lots of love and hugs Teresa xxx

I am one of the people who said your clothes are too big and I had someone comment back n say on what planet are these too big and i thought dang like is this person blind. I saw the weight coming off instantly almost. Your so beautiful when you finish this your going to look like a model.. watch, your so tall and im telling you girl you will kill this and really you already are!!
Has your appetite changed much? Are there any meals you cannot eat for whatever reason? Do you have regular blood tests to check various levels? I think you’re such an inspiration and amazing xxxxx
Omgosh your face what a difference!! Well done you!! So proud of you. Looking amazing! Your shape has changed and your energy level. Also have a look at your face and body when you did the fat hotel episode what a difference!! Woo hoo !! 🎉😊
I'm over 2 years post-op from gastric sleeve and I can tell you that the mental confusion about if it's okay to eat more, or how much I should eat, has never gone away. I do 4 hours of intense exercise most days of the week, and I have maybe 2 or 3 lbs to lose, I have a 24.5" waist and I STILL don't know if it's okay to eat over 1600 calories/day. after decades of obesity, I am so reluctant to accept that maybe I could eat 2000 calories/day. I sometimes do eat that much, but then I go back to lower calories just in case. I'm a US size 0 and my feeling is someone my size really shouldn't eat much, but I exercise a ton. It's all VERY confusing. Very few people my size lived as obese people for decades so our bodies do act differently. It's a WEIRD journey.
@@powderandpaint14 yes, 2 hours of callisthenics and weight lifting at the gym and an intense 2 hour hill walk after. I do that 4 days/week and go for runs 1-2 other days. I take one day off completely and on the last day I do something else (hike, run on the beach, jump rope, yoga, etc). I am lucky to have enough time to do it all!
@@powderandpaint14 thank you! I don't put ANY pressure on myself to exercise, ever, that was one of the biggest changes I made after surgery. It has made all the difference - it turns out that when I have no pressure to exercise, I really love doing it. (And having no excess weight makes it far, far easier and more enjoyable too.)
Hello, I really love your videos and it's great to see you look so happy! I have a question for your next Q+A! I'd like to know if now you're in a smaller body you've noticed if people treat/interact with you differently compared to when you weighed more?
Your looking amazing Trina !! I think this was the right thing for you , even though its not easy and I think your still slightly terrified like I would be as its all so new when you overeat for years this is totally different way to eat . Think I would be struggling with the protein part as I dont eat much meat and do a probiotic plant diet . You look like you have lost more than 3 dress sizes , well done !! xx
I thank you 😊 for being able to share and help with knowledge of your journey. I'm supposed to go to a I don't know what they call it pre op first consult with there doctors on the 3rd of February. I am about 180lbs.over weight, and have high blood pressure and have to take meds for it. I'm not sure if it's due to my weight or what. I have depression and for the last week I've been really down, sad and just not wanting to check my appointment date and time because I'm afraid they might tell me no that I'm not a good candidate for the surgery. I'm sorry for being all over the board, I just scared they'll say no. Did your doctor say anything about if you have a problem with heartburn that they won't do it or something?
Have you had an endoscopy for your heartburn? It could be a hiatus hernia as that’s what I have. They can actually repair it at the same time as any weight loss surgery. X
Girl! I was struggling to find clothes even now.... i was 28/30 and i jept trying 24 and 22 and they kept looking like trash.... for fun tried on an 18! They fit perfect! If you can go in store and try some stuff on just to find your real size that would be great it helped me so much... im like dang girl how? I then went to 3 other stores a week later and all the 18's fit!

I've heard right after surgery that your bowels change and you're more constipated and how to reduce that. Medication or otherwise. Since most people, it's hard to get in enough water.
I need to loose weight for fitness but I think I have lipedema and the idea of still having massive legs and loose skin completely puts me off the idea. That plus ADHD and struggling with that. I actually don’t eat a lot so a band or bypass wouldn’t work for me, it’s just I choose dopamine friendly bad foods instead. That plus a picky husband who won’t eat healthy it’s hard.
