Wise... is NOT an apt description... it is ALL about context. Please go back and reread the scriptures you are referring to. When Yeshua spoke those words 1.) who He was talking to? 2.) what EXACTLY was He saying that they would have the power to do? We must exegete and NOT isogete the WORD...! Thus even after Yeshua gave His disciples who were the Apostles the powers of healing, binding and loosing in order to plant the newly conceived church... those powers didn't remain with them indefinitely. This is how we can know that the idea of Apostolic succession is a heresy and false doctrine. How could they pass on something that they no longer had..? I love my brothers and sisters but i wish they would study (not read) their bibles. I see many so called prophets preaching healing and prosperity but nearly ever prophet of God from the bible had a message from God letting the people know bad news of something to come, or something to the matter that that person needs to get back focus on God within their heart. I usually don't comment but I just wanted to say something. I saw him. He did not always say things to people for everyone to here there were people who he talked to in the ear. No one else heard. He did not promise a bunch of cars, houses, money, etc. I am new in Christ so I'm still searching for answers. I have read my Bible, now I'm studying it. I do believe he is anointed. The challenge most highly gifted/anointed preachers face is, staying humble, in some cases. Now, listen I'm not saying he isn't overall. Its just that people praise them so much and favor is highly on their lives, that they start to feel invincible. He will learn from what he spoke wrongly, God has a way of getting all our attention. He told this lady in our church that her prayer has been answered. the next day her husband gave his life to Jesus (her long time prayer) He was used by God showing names of people who God wanted to give them a special message. I'll tell u what though. He pays a big price. Pretty often he fasts lots of days in a roll and prays a lot. sometimes from 12am to 3pm next day without sleep.

Yes, there are some preachers that work in church only, but there are others that do not preach in church, but travel all over the world and teach and preach in tent revivals and on street corners to when the lost. I'm speaking from experience. My father was a Pastor, but he also went into the streets and witness to people. We even went door to door and ministered to people.

The entire new testament! we are a new testament church, like in the book of acts, (acts 11:27, acts 13:1, acts 15:32) and plus Ephesians 4 says that God gives Prophets, if the bible says that, how can we say that God just stop giving. As a matter a fact, it says in Eph 4:11-16, that we would have apostles and prophets until the BODY of CHRIST reach full maturity, we have reached that yet, so GUESS WHAT, we still have apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers.

Matthew 5:45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. Remember the devil can copy all but the fullness of Holy Ghost.

Also- the Bible says in Deuteronomy 18:22 "If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the LORD does not take place or come true, that is a message the LORD has not spoken. That prophet has spoken presumptuously, so do not be alarmed." The Bible does not say that this person is a false prophet- but that the prophet spoke presumptuously. It's very easy to get something wrong. Sometimes people rush, sometimes they don't wait for the revelation. Now, is he real? Is he fake? That's not my business. Even when the Pharisees were condemning the woman who committed adultery, Jesus refused to call her out. BUT...look at Christians- we do what Jesus would never do. Yes, false prophets will arise, but God doesn't need our help to bring them out. What we need to do is worry about our own logs, instead of other perp's specks. I am telling you right now- condemning others, whether they are prophets or not, is very wrong. This is what blocks peoples blessings. We thing we are doing a service to God, but allow God to be God. He doesn't share His throne with us.

Because anyone can pretend to say everything right from the Bible and still not be a prophet- so how will you know without the Spirit of discernment. Also, yes- God through discernment will tell you who is his and who is not, but no one in the Bible publicly condemned anyone as Christians are doing nowadays. I don't follow this prophet, so I don't know of what he has said etc. But I know I am not foolish. The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. I stay quiet... of course the devil is an imitator, but also just because someone gave wrong prophecies doesn't mean he is false... I've just shown you what the Bible says. Now if God appeared to you like Moses and the burning bush and told you so- that's a different story. @mangoluv29 Thanks for understanding. ALL preachers are not in church only. That's an inaccurate statement. Yes, there are some preachers that work in church only, but there are others that do not preach in church, but travel all over the world and teach and preach in tent revivals and on street corners to when the lost. I'm speaking from experience. My father was a Pastor, but he also went into the streets and witness to people. We even went door to door and ministered to people.

The Bible does say not to believe every spirit but to test the spirits to see if it is of God. But you can tell by the fruit they produce. Each tree is known by it's fruit. These gifts have been placed in the body not to replace God; this is what we have done. Christians have becvome so lazy and does not seek God or read his word. God wants a personal relationship with each person that He has created
The entire new testament! we are a new testament church, like in the book of acts, (acts 11:27, acts 13:1, acts 15:32) and plus Ephesians 4 says that God gives Prophets, if the bible says that, how can we say that God just stop giving. As a matter a fact, it says in Eph 4:11-16, that we would have apostles and prophets until the BODY of CHRIST reach full maturity, we have reached that yet, so GUESS WHAT, we still have apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers.

@sifu04, yes a pagan blood covenant is hardly an endorsment for a written manuscript or New Testament. Rome not Iesus endorsed, compiled the so-called New Testament not a Iesus.
And just to be clear, you see apostles and prophets in the new testament more than you ever see pastors. You never hear the bible say that a pastor was over a church. Th word pastor means shepherd, which literally means guide, many people like pastor, but not prophets and apostles. But yes again the bible is clear, you believe that pastors are still hear right? The same verse that says he pastors, says that he gave prophets and apostles, you can't skip around the bible and believe what you want.

I did not think this person was a prophet, but had a gift. however having spoken to many I concluded he is a deceiver, he is ambiguous, and has made mistakes in his prophecy , God doesn't make mistake. he is also hiding something dark. Matthew 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
I tried him and he is false. 1 John 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

+sch csh Be careful. We are commanded not to condemn. Also- the Bible says in Deuteronomy 18:22 "If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the LORD does not take place or come true, that is a message the LORD has not spoken. That prophet has spoken presumptuously, so do not be alarmed."
The Bible does not say that this person is a false prophet- but that the prophet spoke presumptuously. It's very easy to get something wrong. Sometimes people rush, sometimes they don't wait for the revelation. Now, is he real? Is he fake? That's not my business. Even when the Pharisees were condemning the woman who committed adultery, Jesus refused to call her out. BUT...look at Christians- we do what Jesus would never do. Yes, false prophets will arise, but God doesn't need our help to bring them out. What we need to do is worry about our own logs, instead of other perp's specks. I am telling you right now- condemning others, whether they are prophets or not, is very wrong. This is what blocks peoples blessings. We thing we are doing a service to God, but allow God to be God. He doesn't share His throne with us.
He not prophet. He does not line up with the word of God. The word of God say to try them with the word. Which I done. It not a sin to try a man of God to see if he is to be true. The Apostle taught us to it do it.

sch cbh We try every spirit yes. You have to have the Spirit of discernment to do this. Why? Because anyone can pretend to say everything right from the Bible and still not be a prophet- so how will you know without the Spirit of discernment. Also, yes- God through discernment will tell you who is his and who is not, but no one in the Bible publicly condemned anyone as Christians are doing nowadays. I don't follow this prophet, so I don't know of what he has said etc. But I know I am not foolish. The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. I stay quiet... of course the devil is an imitator, but also just because someone gave wrong prophecies doesn't mean he is false... I've just shown you what the Bible says. Now if God appeared to you like Moses and the burning bush and told you so- that's a different story. God will never however tell you to come on a public youtube forum to condemn another. or the sake of your life- be careful..this is why people's prayers are not answered.

SO HE FASTED LONGER THAN JESUS CHRIST WHO ONLY FASTED FOR 40 DAYS? WOW! I'm not saying that I don't believe him, I'm just saying as a person who spent years in the medical profession, that is medically impossible I know that God can do miracles, but even Jesus was so week and hungry by 40 days.
