Important thing to note about the frostbites' freeze effect: do not try it on a raging flespound. It will not work. It can only freeze them if they aren't in a raged state
I've heard people rave about using a single Glock against trash. I can see some positives here. Very high fire rate and much easier to be accurate with than dual Glocks. I think I'd generally prefer other options because it's 4 weight for only one gun, but I came up with a few loadouts. 1) single glock+centerfire+dual deagles (upgraded once) 2) single glock (upgraded once)+dual 2011s+dual deagles 3) single glock (upgraded once)+medic pistol (upgraded twice)+dual deagles (upgraded twice)
That Deagle/500/medic pistol load out is prime! I love the “sharpslinger” build too, though and probably use it more than a pure gunslinger build. I think the Winchester needs more love over the Centerfire in that build, for 4 reasons: base damage isn’t radically different; much cheaper - especially when you’re buying at wave 2, that extra 400 dosh can be a huge benefit; 2 more shots in the magazine; single upgrade on the Winchester surpasses base damage on the Centerfire and it’s still cheaper. Centerfire wins on sight picture for sure. But that Winchester is slept on, big time. It’s a fantastic weapon.
Thanks, and yes you can use the Winchester if you want. The Winchester is probably the strongest tier 1 weapon in the game besides maybe the Medic Pistol for the utility.
Dual M1911s are more controllable when fired rapidly than dual AF2011s. So I tend to like using the dual M1911s as my 'spam' shooters, and then a single Deagle or 500 for sharpshooting (RoF and mag size are a lot less important when you're using them at longer ranges), this leaves some carry weight free for something else if you want too.
The single winterbite is really good against the Bloat. The Bloat stays stood up even after it dies, which can be quite bothering. However, if you kill it with the winterbite, it knocks out after it dies. I'm not saying the single winterbite worth purchasing just to deal with the Bloat, but it's a nice bonus.
I love 1911. On the early game, the medic pistol is amazing, of course. But when the team already has a skilled medic, I usually purchase 1911. It's just like the starting weapon but it has a box magazine which makes it better than the revolver. I start with 1911, and then get the Magnum to deal with an elite zed, and then get dual 1911s so that I can clear my lane quicker and even deal with some dangerous situation where I get surrounded. Dual 1911s upgraded twice are even as powerful as dual DEagles (I believe their stats are almost same?). +2 Dual 1911s, dual magnums for a large zed, either AF2011 or Glock for trashes. That's my favourite loadout.
If I’m going pure gunslinger build and not crossing over with the “sharpslinger” build early on with rifles, I will always get a single 1911. Not a good plan when scrakes/pounds show up, but waves 1-4 a single 1911 can handle everything quickly. That can set you up very well for big power in the deeper waves.
Never understood why people spec into "knock 'em down." If you've played kf2 long enough you'll want to be aiming at a certain area on the screen for headshots, and literally all of zeds' weakpoints are their heads both damage-wise and stumble-wise (although flesh/quarterpounds also have their chest for a weakpoint as well)
While the chest does have the same damage multipliers, shooting the head decaps him, which is much faster than body shooting him to death. Yeah, Knock Em Down and Bone Breaker are both bad. Gunslinger is a headshot perk, why would anyone want to pick skills that literally discourage headshots?
@@JackOfHarts96 Bone Breaker doesn't discourage headshots. And it is a very good skill. ReU does not reward headshots, it rewards headshot *streaks*, that's different. Not to mention that half the zeds in the game have a weak point that is NOT head.
@@SaiphxXx Yes, you are correct. But why waste ammo and crucial time trying to knock down a zed instead when you could spend the same amount of effort just headshotting them to death? Not to mention making them stumble/knockdown can mess with the shots your teammates are doing and could end up making a bad situation even worse
@@Rahnonymous Hmm..you know that Bone Breaker provides 20% headshot bonus as well right? The description of the skills is misleading, you won't aim at body with either of them. Again the difference is not about headshots, it's that ReU rewards streaks, while Bone Breaker provides consistent 20%, on top of adding damage to other weak points (eg. you can one shot a husk with 9mm in the backpack). Just because one mentions headshots explicitly in the description does not mean the other skill ignores headshots. Actually if you can't have >= 2 stacks of ReU then BB deals *more* headshot damage. EDIT: replaced Knock Them Down -> Bone Breaker, I interverted the names in my initial message ;)
I usually don't use the .500s and Deagles for small Zeds as these guns have low ammo pools. I use the Medic pistol or 9mm 1st for small Zeds. Should a high level Gunslingers tank aggros of bosses over Berserkers or Medics? Havign the boss face you makes it easier to land headshots than shooting from the back of side. Should I be using the standard ironsight stance like you are using in the video or is the alternative version better? I'm using the latter right now since it resembles the single pistol stance the most.
Gunslinger can pull aggro from the boss, just make sure that you have a good place to run and you should be fine. As for sights, you can use either which every you find more comfortable.
With rack em up does that mean after I get 5 consecutive headshots my damage is increased by 50% for the rest of the match/ until I die or does it just mean if I’m using the center fire the lass 5 bullets will do 50% more damage if it’s a headshot and if I miss is the counter back to zero meaning I have to get more headshots
Does console have auto aim or smth? When I ADS with dual guns the shots go everywhere but the head even if I put the head in the center of the 2 guns. I have to alt fire aim and aim for the head that way.
Important thing to note about the frostbites' freeze effect: do not try it on a raging flespound. It will not work. It can only freeze them if they aren't in a raged state
Yes, try not to do that lol.

Yes, that is true the single glock is great for killing trash and your loadouts look pretty good.
Why can't you upgrade your guns to max? Doesn't make sense with increased weight.
I usually just upgrade my med pistol and get duelies of the burst backup pistol

Agreed; zero recoil on the med pistol makes it the best early-round weapon for every class IMO. Super accurate headshots are indispensable.

I just bought the armory set for kf2 , and I can't stop buying the glock on round 3, it's just too good and fun to play with.
It is pretty strong early on.
@@ReapeeRon Will it still be good at higher lvls in endless mode?
@@mohamedsallak8999 It should work fine against small thing, and should do okay against everything else.
I like single Glock fully upgraded + fully upgraded dual deagles
That works pretty well too.

It goes for a few seconds, but will then start to decay. If you miss a headshot then you keep the stacks but again they will decay over time.

I don't think that it does. I play on PC I just use a controller and there is no auto aim on PC.
For now I'm playing KF1 but after I'll go with KF2 and probably gunslinger willl be my 1st main.
Awesome, Gunslinger is really strong right now.
Best loadout to use with piranha pistols in your opinion?
Probably paired with the Deagles, but I would say that anything should work pretty well.
Very good content
Thank you!
I love kill floor 2
Cool!
My small kitten just died ;(
sorry to hear that.
Does anyone else get that Serious Sam feel duel wielding the deagles?
Yeah! :)

Thanks!
