I only have one tattoo, it says "cont;nue" and it's right below my ditch and I got it with my aunt, because we both struggle with anxiety and depression. I wanted it is since I was 16, and once I turned 18 I finally got it! Best decision I've ever made. I love the meaning behind it and the fact that I got it with my aunt (whom is like my sister) 💕☺️
lex t it's in black font and it's still super vibrant, hasn't faded a bit! I haven't had it for long thi haha like 10 months maybe, but it's holding up super well! And it healed perfectly, but I give kudos to Saniderm because that's what's my artist had me use for after care!

please everyone remember that getting an artist copying an already existing tattoo is seeing as very rude and an insult to the original artist and canvous. adding your own details and fun twist to the desired tattoo or having an inspired tattoo is a great honour to the original. do not copy someone else's tattoo(s)

I had cancer and had to get my right lung taken out so I have a huge scar across my ribs/back, it's basically a tattoo I didn't ask for?😂but I don't mind it, it shows I'm strong and I'm gonna have it out on show at every moment possible. Once my nerve damage is gone I'm 100% going to get a tattoo just underneath or beside it because it needs to be decorated. I love the style of your tattoos, if you get anymore you should vlog it!

I found a list of tattoos I wanted "soooo badly" from when I was 14-18 - Lollll - and I am so glad my parents didn't allow me because they were all so awful and I would've regreted it. Got my first tattoos at 19, and the one I still kind of semi-regret, but as Nessa said it's a reminder.
Just chill, enjoy life at your age. The years will fly by and soon enough you'll be able to get something you won't (hopefully) regret :) you change A LOT from 14 to 25 - even between 20 - 25. Can't explain it, you'll go through it. So it's best to wait.

I really really don’t recommend getting a tattoo that you’ve only wanted for like a day, take time to really fall in love with that tattoo because it’s gonna be on your body forever. When you’re young you want all the tattoos you’ve ever seen but please take time to fall in love with it and KNOW that you want that on you.

I spent about 2 hours getting the right side of my ribcage tattooed. It wasn't anything huge or colored (it's lineart of a fox) and it was VERY painful. It all just depends on your pain tolerance, and always remember the fact that once you start there's no going back. Fight through the pain so you get a great tattoo! Pain is temporary but tattoos can last forever

For the record the cross isn't considered upside down for most people who have tattoos/ tattoo artists. Generally in the tattoo community the way you have your cross is seen as "correct" because of the exact reason that you said. Of course though, at the end of the day, if it's your body you get to decide what the correct direction is

The most meaningful tattoo idea I have at the moment has a bit of a story. Today, I was on IG and I saw a clip of the avengers cast playing telephone and it was funny so I went on UA-cam to watch the full video. Chris Evans changed the phrase and said something really weird so in the comments people playfully, and some seriously, said that he was drunk but others said that it was probably because of his anxiety. I didn't know Chris had anxiety so I looked it up and came across another video on UA-cam and it was so profound and I related to what he was saying so much that I began to tear up. A big part of it had to do with his simple phrase to himself being "shhh". That was it. In the video he said that he tells himself "Chris, shhh" and it helps him with his anxiety and the mind noise which I suffer from due to my depression and anxiety. I don't know where exactly I'll put it (wrist, inner arm, forearm, or somewhere else around there) but I want something with the word "shhh", his initials (so C.E.), maybe the date I watched the video in Roman numerals, and something that reminds me of Cap. At first I thought of his shield but then I thought of his original helmet. Thinking of the helmet sprouted my current idea which is: his helmet with cosmos flowers (representing peace) intertwined through the helmet, "shhh" on the top in either a minimalist font or cursive, and his initials and the date on the bottom in the same font. Does this sound stupid?
