Kathy, I made these 3 days ago and they are truly delicious. I think I may have over mixed the batter slightly, but they were still delicious & disappeared like there was no tomorrow!!😆🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻Thank you for sharing. Have a beautiful weekend. God bless you.
This is so helpful! I want to add some holiday decorations. Do I need icing to make them "stick". I don't want some creamy frosting because I want to stack them in a package as a gift. Thank you!!!
You could also sprinkle chocolate chips on top once they are done. The heat from the brownies should melt the chocolate or you could put them back in the oven for about a minute. Carefully spread the melted chocolate with an offset spatula. Once the brownies are cooled. Cut into squares as usual. The chocolate will become solid again but not hard. You would be able to stack them.
I have that same pattern of dishes that you have….Royal Albert Old Country Roses bone china and made in England. I never use them and my daughter doesn’t want them. It’s such a shame that they just sit in a China cabinet. I have a beautiful tea pot that I bought when I was in England and that’s what started the whole thing for me. I will definitely be making these brownies! ❤❤
These were my Grandmother's. She bought them on a trip to England. She rarely bought herself anything. She thought this was the most beautiful China she'd ever seen. It's very, very special to me. I hope your daughter changes her mind. Maybe one day she'll know what a treasure that China is. Merry Christmas ❤️🎄❤️
@@kathyssouthernkitchen302 I thought it was the most beautiful China I had ever seen myself. My daughter is 33 years old and she thinks it’s just too fancy. I think about selling it but it’s so delicate it would take a lot to pack it all up and send it to someone. I have platters and serving bowls tea cups and saucers, berry bowls and dessert plates… I have it all. (it’s all made in England too. They stopped making it there quite a while ago and now mostly what you see is made in Indonesia I think). God bless you and your family and I hope you have a very merry Christmas.🙏🏻✝️❤️😊
Thanks for the tips. I love the giant clock over the stove.
Definitely gonna be making these, thanks

Did u roast pecans? Can I use decaf coffee instead?
Yes mam to both❤️
How many packs for a sheet cake
this is great !! ❤ however, I wouldn’t recommend using 2 eggs i would use 3 for it to have that gooey, yet smooth texture. maybe thats just me.
Did your brownie mix call for a half a cup of oil? I’m wondering if you use equal portions of butter to what they call for in oil
Yes mam. I use the butter in place of the oil❤️
@@kathyssouthernkitchen302 thank you 😃
Thank you for sharing this. How do you cut them so cleanly? Do you chill them before cutting?
I just let them cool completely and use a sharp knife. If you allow them to cool they should cut clean.
How long was the wait time??
Hi Kathy I am from Dothan 😅

My Lord she talking too much. I can't even get what she doing. My Lord in Heaven.
