I'm wondering in my head why the advance upfront isn't phrased as per diem to help y'all be in a lower tax bracket it is essentially per diem and your pay is when u deliver the product. 🤔 Might talk to the HR and see about that cuz it would definitely help out at the end of the year..

Great question - she would have to do exactly the same thing - class, physical etc
Take a look at the loadboard now..what a joke..from 900 plus loads to 80..crap
