    Pizza 🍕 is its own food group! A vessel that holds yummy toppings and flavors…that you can eat with your hands! Sounds like you’re enjoying this new program with the exception of a few entrees. As long as you’re not feeling deprived and it’s sustainable for you…go for it! 💕

    40 pounds? Are you using some kind of slimming filter? Because I don't see you having 40 pounds to lose.

    30 meals for $250 isn't too bad for a subscription. They're small, but as long as they're good, it can be worth it. I'm wondering if they would be good for one or 2 meal replacements a day instead of only eating these things.
    You did a great job showing us what it would be like to get this. I thought about it, because a few looked good to me, but my hubs wouldn't like it and I have to cook for him too.
    Btw, you look like you don't even need to lose weight.

    I'm sorry you had a disappointing week. It happens. But you just jump back on the horse and do it all again. That's all you can do is try your best. I really think sticking to the calorie-wise meals is your best bet. That way you're going to stay in your calorie deficit. You're setting yourself up for Success that way.

    In the beginning, a lot of the weight you lose/gain is water, so the scale isn’t necessarily you’re best friend here. You mentioned going out to eat a couple of times and restaurant food can be loaded with sodium, causing you to retain even more water. Your best indicator is how your clothes fit.

    Watch the Sodium count... that's what I was looking at and those numbers were high on many of your meals - which could lead to water retention, bloating and weight gain. You'll figure this out. It's like being a detective, I swear!

Any chance you could replace the word “diet” with healthy eating lifestyle or something else 🥴 diet seems like a quick fix and I know you’re in it for the long haul!     It's the Carbs, not the calories, that you need to look out for hon. Carbs and sugars. When you subtract the protein from the carbs, that's your total net carbs which ideally should be under 50, Daily. Not per meal. That's the only thing about this diet that makes me really weary looking at the nutrition facts. Again, it's Not the calories, it's the carbs and sugars to look at as your new way of eating and will set you up for success long term my friend. This all comes from a place of education and love. For instance, in my world? My guilty pleasure is the oatmeal with a tbsn of peanut butter in it because of the carbs, hahaha!!! xo Kristen 😘
