    I use a blend of 3 teas for my Hong Kong milk tea: Assam, Ceylon, and Yellow Label. It's already fantastic! For an extra boost of flavor, try boiling whole milk-it gives a super nice fragrance. Adding milk powder brings a rich, slightly salty creaminess, and evaporated milk adds smoothness. The best way is to boil them all together, then pour about 1/3 of the milk mixture into the cup, add the tea, and pull the tea before serving for a perfectly smooth taste. Highly recommend trying it this way! Cheers.
