We just went through Hurricane Ian in Fort Myers Florida and lost everything even our vehicle's we're flooded out. We have no power but I have plenty of drill batteries and this video helped me greatly. Thank you so much
if it helped just one person in need it's worth it, good luck with everything I hope you are OK.
Great hack, would of redone video so no messing about though. Tip would be to have one in yr kit as just in case. Thanks for this 🙂👍
Gees you made that look hard! Good idea though.
That's great. you help me
Nice I do same thing
I did this using a China knock-off 12-volt lithium battery that I had purchased for my Milwaukee. It does not show positive or negative. I used a test light to determine positive and negative. the test light I have shows a red light for positive and green light for negative.
Can u plug a inverter too?
How fast is chaging ?
I do this all the time, i installed an 18v system on my ebike to be able to run lighting and charge anything from a ciggerate port.
As long as the things you want to run can support 18v, you're good
I can jump start my truck using a lithium 18 volt. I had four bars lit up and it only took down one.
The thing is if your battery in your truck is completely dead dead then this may drain your lithium battery completely.
What about running that dewalt drill on a USB?
Ok it works on a car battery
Never mind instasnap. My girlfriend likes to sit on MyFace.... I have a car that I am trying to get a seat out of. The thing has had the wiring mainly stripped from it, and the drivers seat is bloody electric isn't it. No manual release and they've made it so that either the front or the back bolts are covered by the seat carrier. Got the front bolts out quite easily. However the back are completely covered and I don't have a battery sitting around that I can carry out to activate the motor. Got a bit of a jolt from a tiny 9V rectangular battery like they used to have in RC car controllers in the 80s. So the motor works. I got a few different cordless batteries here and think that should do the trick. Have a 12 volt Milwaukee somewhere when I think about it.
Rilly it's work sir i well try it
It’s vanon brand for makita 18 volt tools
I've got 6 makita batteries and one vanon and it works just aswell for half the price.
👍
Got the same battery
What about this battery metabo 18v 5.2Ah

What type of cable do use? Would this work on a led light. I want add a light in my shed.

Why is twin flex so short?
no reason could have been any length.
Sweet thanks man. The British are coming the British are coming! Your voice sounds like Ireland's navy! Wtf 😅
Only mine is aftermarket from eBay it’s a little taller tho
The 18v is not over charging phone?
no the usb charger regulates the voltage to the phone. can work from 6 to 24 volts
