There is a vender behind Durnholde Keep as well that sells random boe Greens. Some of which if you catch her with the right ones will be pretty good pre-BFD loot. She used to have a level 19 twink piece that was bis for twinks but since cap is 25 there are better options now. She's available for both factions. If her loot table is the same its random what she sells.

Kris Legace is her name - her items are outdated on Wowhead because on there it shows level 9-11 gear when she has stuff that is 20+ in SoD

The vendor at the keep is easy to get to. Front right side of the keep has a broken wall. No need to die at all.
The tarren mill vendor actually moves around. So alliance can get it. He will be moving around on the road between the horde and alliance city.
