    Hello Charles, Sweden here again.
    Yeah I agree with you on that we have to make things fit, it's all higer dimension Tetris 😃
    Scrapping is still good here.
    I have steady pick ups from a whitegoods repair shop and supplier and an H-VAC company and one electronics business.
    Yesterday I got in contact with an auctioneer so he would call me for his scrap metal and stuff.
    Stay safe and take care.

    Absolutely love the s10, if that’s a 5 speed with the iron duke 4 banger, that is a great go getter truck. Great mileage and plenty power. The ones I had, didn’t have power steering so they wound out fast. When I say go getter, I mean it’s a great truck for pickups, then I would keep hauling back to a bigger truck and carefully restock everything on the bigger truck to get the most weight on to haul to the yard. Late 90s dodge 4x4 trucks seem to be great for that role. Keep on scrapping bud!

    Some time ago I watch your videos of collecting irons and other irons to throw in the landfill, and I think they pay you very badly, this truck that you have emptied had to weigh a lot and you only got 38 dollars, it is a misery therefore effort.
    Another thing, in the USA the refrigerators are not recycled taking out the fluorocarbon gas? It is a very bad pollutant for the ozone layer, and it surprises me. In Spain, if it is done, there are special dumps to leave those appliances. Anyway, each country is a world. I wish you good luck and do not have any mishaps, greetings from Barcelona-Spain.

    • @geobrown9413
      @geobrown9413 3 роки тому

      In Canada, fridges need to be emptied of refrigerant properly, not just cut the lines, in order to be scrapped.

      I already suggested he go to a scrap yard and find some bucket seats from a Journey or Caravan and make a rack to mount them on, like in a Lil Red Express truck. Lots of pipes to use as material. I'd make it if he were closer.
