I did this route over 30 years ago, my main memory was trying to exit the narrow squeeze , it was so tight plus my arm was being forced into a half nelson. I thought I would either be stuck forever or my arm would be broken in the process. Neither happened as I suddenly popped out to my great relief . Before that I had considered it in winter , however the snow conditions on the approach was so worrying we turned back before reaching the pinnacle . Really enjoyed your video brought back memories , I wouldn't have the confidence to solo the route plus I never felt that I would want to repeat it.
Another excellent video from yourself Jonas, which brought back lots of good memories for me. Climbed it in winter nearly 30 years ago with thick, clear verglas covering all the walls inside the cave section. My pal Charlie had to remove his helmet and harness to get through the squeeze section at the top but being skinny I managed, just.
Thank you. It's probably less scary to climb it than watch it. That head camera footage is a bit psycho I think but wouldn't be able to film it without it.
HOLY MOLY JONAS! This is your best vid yet! We would have paid to watch this! You are nuts 🥜. This was scarier than any horror or thriller movie we’ve ever watched. We could feel your fear and my claustrophobia kicked in big style when you were inside that narrow passage. I watched most of it peering through my fingers and a few obscenities passed my lips everytime you pointed the camera up towards the tiny bit light poking through or worse, outside down the cliff face. Your one brave man! 💪🏻 Me and my other half celebrated with you when you finally reached the top and managed to squeeze through that teeny opening. The only way we were able to watch this was knowing that you obviously survived seeing that you posted the video up 😂. Thanks got taking us along for the ride. What a thrill! 👏🏼
Holy hell Jonas!! That looked so scary at parts… the exposure too! Wow you are a strong determined machine 😂 but no ropes and on your own! I was anxious for you all the way up even though I’m watching the video and know you are fine 😂. You are incredible, Awesome 🤩 🎉 congratulations on a great achievement 💪🏼🥃
Yes we all have our own way of doing it. I wouldn't do it in winter because of all the squeezes. Hard to get through with all the gear, harness, rope, winter clothes, rucksack etc..
@@jonashubalekwhiskyandthewild sorry I thought it was 1st put up by W H Murray famous scottish mountaineer but have since realised that it was put up by H McInnes and D Bathgate in 1959

I was crapping myself just watching you Jonas 😂
Do I look so scary?🤣
Sake mate!! Well done what a route to take fkn awesome!💪

Looked good fun and tough Jonas. I'd be scared to do that without being roped up to a guid. But you've ⚽⚽ of steel 💪😂 aaaaaahhh 🥃
Thanks Kevin. It would be easier If I was a bit thinner. Ballls of JURA maybe🙂 Cheers🥃
Wow, that was something else! Had no idea there was such a crazy route there. Excellent work and better you than me! 😂
Thank you, yes it's one of the Glencoe classics. The approach is quite long but definitely worth it.

Thank you very much for watching, commenting and climbing it with me🙂
That was seriously impressive, more people deserve to see this. A hard one to top.
Thank you. I always like to go more complicated way🙂
Jeez, either someone dropped their axe and magically dropped there or likely had to bail off the route using the axe as an abseil anchor!
Yes it looked like strong enough to abseil from.
Crazy route mate. Glad you've done it. Pozdrawiam!
Thank you a take zdravim:-]

Thank you. I like to climb solo if it's within my abilities. I know I shouldn't..
Been looking at climbing this as a winter route for a while. Definitely wouldn't solo it unless I had a rope and a backout option though!!
