Exsúrgat Deus, et dissipéntur inimíci eius,
et fúgiant qui odérunt eum, a fácie eius.
Sicut déficit fumus, defíciant:
sicut fluit cera a fácie ignis, sic péreant peccatóres a fácie Dei.

The translation of the Psalms comes from Challoner Douay Rheims, which is one of the most precise translation of Vulgata.
I agree that the translation of the "Ecce Crucem Dómini..." part is not literal. It's a commonly known translation.
