Oh I’m so glad you’ve posted, I only recently discovered you and I cannot get enough of your simple whole foods recipe. More, more, more please!
I'm so glad you're enjoying them :)
I made this dish with tofu instead of chicken and chick peas , corn , tomato, and curry powder. I didn't have thai curry paste. It's very delicious . Thank you very much.
This looks delicious and on my list to make!
Hope you enjoy :)
Coming from behind the scenes video and I'm stunned by your work
Great job ❤
Thank you so much!!
Thank you.
Yummy!!
I'll have to try this with corn! I usually add sweet potato for my sweet ingredient in Thai curry.😋 Looks so yummy!
Yes! Sweet potato is delicious in curries but they take so much longer to cook, corn is a nice alternative to make the whole cooking process faster.
Can you tell what product or brand do you ise for curry paste or sauce? I suggest for future recipe, include some product ingredients you ise because most of the time its the brand that makes a big difference specially when it comes for sauce and flavor as well brand of noodles etc..
You owe a subscriber.🎉🎉
I use Thai Kitchen curry paste. If I consider the brand important I will always mention it in the blog post. I do mention the brand in the blog post. The link is in the description 😊
Yum, glad your back.😀
Thank you! 🤗
Lorena. Where is your cookbook? We need one. 😊
I have several e-books you can print at home :) greenhealthycooking.com/21-day-meal-plans/
Of course, coconut milk
Can you please do some shrimp recipes ?

Any suggestions for coconut milk substitutions? My husband is not a fan😂
You could try making it with 35% whipping cream but I’ve never tried so not sure if it’s as good taste-wise
You can use vegan cream (plant-based) :)
I definitely want to lick my bowl
