I've tried to delete some Bluetooth devices I had on my phone, but still. Do someone has a solution please? I can't connect it to my phone, even with or without the app...

My Q3 turns itself off and the app closes when I click on the 3 dots. The worst is to turn it off by itself. Why that? I also have trouble using it upside down.

He is right. At first I thought it was wrong balancing till I have read the same problem shared by many users. Actullay the Lock mode doesn't even lock the phone. It keeps on moving the phone in all direction the rest of all modes are just disaster. There are many complaints about Q3

yes I think there is the 'combo' version and the 'bare bones'.. pretty sure you picket the one without the case

I'm pretty sure on the Q3 the phone is balanced when it is laying flat not up and down.
When sliding, is there no possibility to scratch the phone or damage the screenprotector?
Never had any issues with that
Why we should balance any gimbal smartphone? Im always put my phone in gimbal without balance it and its fine.
If you use a heavier phone it won‘t work at all. If you don‘t balance it the motors have to work much harder which will result in less smooth footage

Thanks for the video! Seems like its hard to balance with my Xiaomi mi 10 lite bcs of the phone button location. Thats why SMOOTH Q2 was better.

My Q3 cannot switch on after i reset Bluetooth button. Any help?😭
I had to return mine after 24hrs. Wouldn’t not stay Bluetooth connected.

I do not recommend this gimbal. It is jumping when you make a simple pan. Do not atenuate too much the shake.

I broke the phone clamp while adjusting the position at 02:20 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ such a useless gimbal. Never even worked once.
I am using it for over 3 years now..
