2021 Honda NC750X European Model ~50% gas left both tests 79kg | 174lb Rider E5 Basic Fuel (95) Top Speed: +199km/h | 124mi/h #honda #nc750x #topspeed #test
The biggest thing I missed going from twin cyls to inline 4 is how fun it is to bang each gear to the max to get the power going and still having stupid fuel economy. You can't really use more power on the road. For the touring style of this moto and the agility it's perfect
A minha NC750X cx manual de 2017, ontem deu 187kmh a subir. É verdade. Tenho filmagem a prová-lo. Está de origem e tem agora 32000 km. A descer só marca 199 kmh. Mas penso que ultrapassa os 220 kmh.
The indicator on the Honda NC750X is not programmed to exceed 199 km/h....so, even if you drive at full throttle and going downhill, you will never see 200k/m on your dashboard....because the 2 It is not in the indicator.😅 There is some video on youtube, where they reprogram the control unit of our NC750X and on the control monitor of the test bench the motorcycle reaches 230km/h, but at the same time you can see the panel of the motorcycle and it never exceeds 199km/h.🤔 Regardless, the Honda's gauge lies at about 10km/h... when you're doing 100, you're really going 90 or so.🤪 Therefore, if you want to know the maximum speed of your motorcycle, it is better to use the GPS of your navigator, because its measurement is more accurate.
@@KunalMukherjee3701 I love that you compare a Hayabusa to the NC....lol N.B. The fuel economy gauge on the NC is limited to 99.9mpg but I regularly get more than than.
My NC 750 S (2018) also doesn't get above 199 km/h according to the speedometer, but I am at 182 km/h GPS speed. Top speed is 194 km/h GPS on mine, and it is the A2 variant with 48 instead of 55 PS. At 194 GPS, the engine is at redline at 7000 RPM. So even with the extra 7 PS, it won't go any faster.
That's what I like about these bikes. They're geared to use the bottom-end torque. It's an under-square engine. At 75 mph my NC700X is turning 3,500 rpm My old Vstrom 650 was at 5,200 rpm at 75 mph. Technically it probably doesn't matter but it's more relaxing to me to ride the Honda on highway trips. I also get about 20 more mpg on it.
As they are have "Over-Drive Gears", they use a lot the low end power, and due to really low rpm, these types of bike really do well in terms of consumption. It's the good thing about them.
Honda is trolling us! They set a limiter at 199 kph so you always left with that unsatisfying feeling of "Come on! Maybe this time! Just one more. I want a 2 at the beginning!"
Damn, that's impressive! My 1st gen 700X can maybe, maybe go 187 kph down a long hill, and usually runs out of breath at 160-170 depending on the road.
I have never ridden a V-Strom, but is appears to be barely different. I can tell you, up to ~140kph you just don't feel any front wind. But I have a higher wind shield (not at the time of the video), but the difference ain't much tbh.
Depends on experience. If you are a new rider, or if you have never been to those speeds, it feels like you are going mach3. But with time, even of it is only 3 or 4 times up to those speeds, you get used to, and it's like going just a bit faster than normal.
It can also be the torque and power curves, that can only be seen in a dyno. Of the curve is better towards the end, you have more speed. If it is more towards the middle, even if you have 20hp more, you might not have more speed.
It's just for entertainment and information. I highly recommend not to go over the speed limit. This was just a speed test that I usually do ONCE on every bike. (I do usually go at those speeds) 💪💪
Impressive for 58hp! Somehow we've decided that unless it has 150 hp, it's not worthy. I really like this bike!!!

Thanks for the reply.. beautiful bike and reliable..Honda is know for quality...

This is the same as gen 1 Hayabusa, it never crosses 299 KMPH in the speedo, but in the dyno test or real life it may be faster

waooo tremenda velocidad

Yes butI have the same 2021 dct and if yoi also have a gps or waze-google map will see the exact speed will be less by at leasr 10km
@@gatesplamondon5874 That's right, but still a lot of speed for such low revs anyway
The rev limiter is at 6.500rpm
Honda is trolling us! They set a limiter at 199 kph so you always left with that unsatisfying feeling of "Come on! Maybe this time! Just one more. I want a 2 at the beginning!"

👌👌👌
much faster than my 2019 750x

They have upgraded the bike over the years . I just wanted a better swing arm. IT could use a serious upgrade!!
Bien lo digistes la primera generación
Did it run out of power, or is electronically limited? How did you feel?
It runs out of power, it really doesn't push in high revs.
@@hxmoto Thank you.
The dash is also programmed to stay at 199. You can go faster but will never see it tick 200.
eeeeeeee e isso ay parabens
how is the aerodynamic on this bike..compare to the v-strom..also love hondas..i dont realy care about the top speed..i m a slow rider

What does it feel like to throw 57 meters per second?

Yes. But in terms of maximum speed it would probably go to 220 or 230 in a dyno.
ahaha, tes4 opening. Y a best.
hmmm, mine doesn't exceed 182kmph Mabe the Honda touring screen causes more drag...

standard/stock?
Totally stock. OEM exhaust, OEM air filter, OEM ecu.
@@hxmoto nc750x, rear brake at right foot?
yes
This is not 199 on GPS. I have a NC750X 2022, and I know how much this odometer is lying.
Every original odometer on every stock bike is lying🤦♂️
yes odometer is lying
199 on speedometer is 182 on GPS with my 2018 NC 750 S. Top speed is 194 GPS.
The real speed is about 95% of what is displayed IN EVERY BIKE, of every brand. This would make the bike go only about 190kph.
That is not GPS so real around max 185- 186 maximum
real is around 195 its keep going after 199 in dash
Shifting is slow and not smooth, I thought it has DCT?
This one is manual.
tenho uma 2023 uma viagem para o nordeste em novembro \\\\\\\\e ,,,....,n, ,,
Any speed over 150 and the law will have you walking and scoot put into cold storage for a month 😢
Let's pretend it was in a closed road, with consent of authorities. 😂 The other cars were stunt doubles.
Well we can always use organ donors but at that speed probably wouldn't be any good.
It's just for entertainment and information. I highly recommend not to go over the speed limit. This was just a speed test that I usually do ONCE on every bike. (I do usually go at those speeds) 💪💪
Tehlikeli
Its so slow bike, for beginers its ok...
It is definitely not swited for speed, rather confort and fuel economy. It has 58bhp and it's more than enough for a city/touring bike.
👍👍👍👍
