Yes, really enjoyed the video, loving Oxygene Pt. 4 ... or any other number :D thank you very much ... it's always fun and pleasure to watch your recreation videos. :)
Good work, but the sound of the main melody is far from being "similar" unless the original keyboard is used. It is difficult to sound like the real Oxygene 4 even for JM Jarre himself.
Sir, you are a genius. No machine can replace the magnificent ear you have, the real key to unlock all the classics you recreate with such expertise. Equipment helps, but the talent is only yours.

Love the artwork on these two albumns. I just stumbled across this video because of my love for this musician. Doctor Mix, please attempt more recreations! SUBSCRIBED!!!
Awesome recreation, loved it! Did you consider a ring modulator on that last element?
I grew up listening to Jean Michelle Jarre via my dad's vinyl collection.
I was amazed that those sounds could be made. Hence a life long obsession with electronic music of all forms.
all your vocalizations of the parts are so ridiculous, but they make perfect sense and I know exactly what you mean
Woow, good for you
This was an absolute joy watching you put this together! One of my all time favourite pieces of music and you killed it!! Brilliant!!!
17:41 When your Spanish girlfriend cheats on you.
underrated comment ;')
Dios mio!Demonios.
BRILLIANT!
What if "soy milk" was just regular milk trying to present itself in spanish?
Ta...pu...ta..pu..ta
Jajaja...que loco
I waited all those years to see how someone recreates this beautiful song, and now you just did it!
You are like a chess Grand Master!!!🤴
Perfect job and love you for sharing this to us!!! 😍

Yes, really enjoyed the video, loving Oxygene Pt. 4 ... or any other number :D thank you very much ... it's always fun and pleasure to watch your recreation videos. :)
Klaus Schulze - Floating would be interesting one as well.
Possibly my favourite bit of music ever and certainly the most amazing bit of electronic music of all time - Oxygene.
I liked the sound of the rain on the album and then the accordion sound, very French
Amazing! This makes me appreciate why Jarre used so much equipment for live shows back in the analogue days.
7:45 for a few seconds sounded like the wind at the start of Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind.
Melkior Wiseman Indeed. Love Nausicaä!
Absolutely brilliant. Too much talent for 1 person .
Good work, but the sound of the main melody is far from being "similar" unless the original keyboard is used. It is difficult to sound like the real Oxygene 4 even for JM Jarre himself.
One of my favourite tunes deconstructed and reconstructed. Cheers! Brilliant.
do equinoxe pt 4 next or chronologie pt 4.
Have had this in my head for 40 years. Was just starting to fade away then "Boom" saw your video
5:20 Where do I look for that special sound?
Superwave Tiny Pops has all the Jarre patterns you need...
Omg Doc! That is literally the best 30 minutes I have watched in forever. I have learnt so much about how the JMJ fits together. Just brilliant!!!
One of the first albums i bought and it never gets bored, what a great remake.
Sir, you are a genius. No machine can replace the magnificent ear you have, the real key to unlock all the classics you recreate with such expertise. Equipment helps, but the talent is only yours.
Have always loved this track, love seeing Doctor Mix deconstruct it!!!
jamj i called the classical electronic music, i born with those sound on the 80 i still search other creators that maintain that sound, i love dr mix is an artist in everything
Great stuff. What an amazing album by Jean Michel. Doesn't get old. Cheers from London.
Thumbs up for this great reconstruction of a classic.
Fantastic…..sheer pleasure of seeing you create…..inspires us all….thank you
I just love it when he tears these classic's down.Outstanding genius
I remember watching a documentary of the new and upcoming space shuttle and they had used this piece of music, so it was forever etched in my brain as space music.
In my teens in the 70s I read anything in our library that had to do with astronomy. Read every book. 😅
Man, every time I think you've hit the limit of awesomeness, you go and break the hi-score! If music production was an arcade game, there's only be three letters at the top of the leaderboard. MIX.
Love it! I owned this cassette in '83. Thanks for the memory.
Thanks for the video. it's great. Your love for Jean-Michelle Jarre is really coming through
You did fab!!! Any JMJ tracks are bloody outstanding :D I love your attempt and I love your spark :)
Bought the Oxygene album way back when I was working at Dbx, on CD. Gosh, I can close my eyes and just imagine Jarre playing it ... Wow, soooo nice, and thanks for doing the build-up to the whole thing ! :)
So Amazing to hear the final result..you're a Genius. You don't realise how much is going on in that tune until you break it apart 👍
One of the best songs ever produced. I have loved this decades.
