    I know being in the reserves I can't just travel anywhere like active duty nor can I take my family :(

      Jasmine Myrick that’s correct. Reserves and guard are restricted to stateside, and I think everyone should be able to bring their family! I hope they change it soon or at least one day

    *I've got an interview with an airline this Monday, and the only benefit they give me is free stand by travel. I was thinking to join the Air Nat Guard, because the benefits are way better, the base is right by my house, and they also give you free travel! Would you recommend the Guard to a 21 year old with an Associates degree and pilots license? I'd like to sign a contract for jump school too.....love your attitude, and this video WAS SO HELPFUL you don't even understand how great it was!!! Thanks Karen* :D

    this is a great video nicely edited, you are very pretty and have a great voice. im 16 and considering this because i want to have an amazing life and travel a lot. Space A has a lot of mix reviews, some saying its very iffy as in some people get easy amazing flights and others have to wait months for an opening and their flight back could be cancelled and they may be stuck at their country for a few months. what rating out of 5 would you give Space A?

    Should I nerd to be Just from the Air Force or If I am from the army this Works? And If I am from the National Guard should I need any autorization to leave the country?

    • @KerenJoy
      @KerenJoy  5 років тому +3

      silasf94 this is for any branch, but if you’re from the national guard then you can only fly stateside. The only time you’d be allowed to fly out of the country would be if you were activated.

    This would be cool, but the coordination of already needing to be on leave, possibly losing your seat, and only being a one-way trip kind of makes it too hectic. I would like to try it once tho, especially to get to Japan or something.

    Hi. Caren. I was to curious if you have ever talked with a 3D132 Cyber Transport Sys. before? I just signed up for that job. Heard it was a pretty chill field. Have you (or Nuñez) ever chatted with a airmen in that field? (If so) What was their opinion, pros and cons about their career field? Would they like to continue in that field once they seperated from the military? Etc.

    • @KerenJoy
      @KerenJoy  5 років тому +1

      Hey!! So my older brother was actually cyber transport I believe. He loves electronics and networking so he really enjoyed this job. He finished his 4 year contract and even extended for an extra year. But after that he got out and went into this career field in the civilian world. He enjoys it, pay’s good, but keep in mind he really actually loved doing it

    • @9cboomer720
      @9cboomer720 4 роки тому

      @@hockey215r yea I just got to my 1st duty station back in November last year. I cant truly say I like what we do here, havent experienced enough to say i love it. But I do like the atmosphere so far. . But the career field as in general is very lucrative. There are different squadrons you can be possibly assigned to. You have more hands on Squadrons such as mine combat communications. We are constantly maintaining the equipment that you learn going through tech school. We have a training lab to sharpen up on any skills you may need. And we deploy (to nice locations lol).
      On the other hand you have more desk jobs that work like a ticket center. Anything that breaks that what you learn about. I heard Squadrons like those have the most time to go to school. Kind of low tempo sort of jobs.

    • @9cboomer720
      @9cboomer720 4 роки тому

      @@hockey215rbut all of that is active duty. Tech School is a whole beast of its own. The course its isnt to tough. But there is something called "Security plus". Its a certification that you have to pass in order to become a cyber trans technician.
      If you can obtain the certification before you go into tech school!!!
      You won't have to deal with the stress of getting it once you do.
      If you don't get the cert before you leave then thats ok. You will have time to study for during the week and weekends.
