I am making one today for my shop. I am a self proclaimed HotRodder and I need a drawing/drafting table in my shop to construct projects plans on. Tables are expensive, they are some GORGEOUS ones out there, I thought why not build something utilitarian? So heading into my shop to construct one of your tables!!! Thank you for sharing your design it seems inexpensive, lightweight, portable, and for now… PERFECT
That's pretty awesome! Great build! I have a coworker that customized a Husky rolling toolbox. He used a piano hinge and placed an angled top on it with struts on the back to keep it lifted. These are hard to find on the net. Thanks for posting your build!

How far down do the bolts go on the legs that pivot? I'm guessing centered otherwise the 55 deg angle won't rest on plywood.

Hello, I am reporting from Nicaragua, I am starting in the carpentry I would like to know the measurements of the pieces of the table since i don't speak english i can't understand your dialogue
Hey can you please send me the measurements on where to attach the 24" blocks,where to drill for the bolts, the 30" brace
I'm trying to do this whit my daughter I got the cut but where to attach on plywood ??
I just center up the 30" boards on the plywood. That gives me a1" space on both ends. As for the 24" boards that go between the legs, I leave a 1" space from the bottom and the top. The spacing of those don't really matter.

what measures and materials used?
If you follow along in the video, I call out most of the measurements.. As for the wood, go to the lumber yard and pick up some clean straight 2X material and a sheet of 3/4" BC sanded plywood.
is there written plans for making this table?
Sadly No. I'll try to post up some plans soon because I need two more yesterday.
