This song was inspired by a sad incident happened in Taiwan, a boy who was bullied to death becuz he is different from others( his girly behavior etc), Jolin heard of his story, so she stood up, wrote this song with other musicians to speak up for the minorities. Luckily Taiwan now is the first Asian country where same sex marriage is legal. I like the way how this song try to heal the sadness in positive vibes and nice reaction too, thx. In fact, "yung chih" in mandarin means: always remember and it coins with the name of the boy, the sound and also the characters. It's like she was calling the boy's name and said you will always be remembered!
