Hi! Thanks for sharing and making the content. New to dehydration, sister gifted me a nesco dehydrator and havent used 2 years later. You have inspired me to do apples and oranges this weekend! I enjoyed your vacuum food sealer vid as well and my nesco arrived today so both will be put to the test.
Sorry about the peelings.........I love oranges just as they are.......the reason I am doing this candying of oranges is to eat the peelings and to try to make the bitter white part taste good, since it has the most vitamins of all...........
Thank you. Such a sweet lady. You have a very nice way of speaking. Adorable. I can’t wait to try this.
Thank you for this! I'm new to dehydrating and looking for things to dry. I will definitely be trying this!

I'm surprised, i thought the olive oil and salt were going to win! Thanks for sharing your kitchen science
I was also surprised! Thanks for the comment JeremiahBullFrog!

maybe oil one be good in baked goods or somthing?
Could be, but the oil seemed pointless. The sugar, on the other hand...mmm....thanks Mike for the comment!
Are these for just snacking, or are you going to use them in tea or baking?
I snack on them, great for taking on hikes. But it should be great in tea or baked goods as well. Thanks for the question!
