My grandad is in the crowd in the video and his friend don an ex boxer is acting as one of the boxing trainers. Im sure lots of brummies know some of the people in this video. I got into the ring with this BIG black guy, he socked me in the chin and I did a 180.... after the stars cleard my vision and I wasn't seeing double.. I jumped outta the ring and said "Enough" ...it took FOREVER for them to unlace those boxing gloves!

Now I was a tall kid and they put in to spare with a small kid (don't know why?!). Anyway the trainer says to me on the side "now take it easy with him" so we come together in the ring and he socks me straight on the nose with his first punch! Eyes watering I can't see a thing so I decide there and then that the "fight game" was not for me! Good fitness training though!
