Great! Now i know how to remove stuck draft control cover on my 1956 ford 600 tractor!!! I have all the bolts out & cannot get it to budge, tried the hammering ect with rubber hammer, & am reluctant to drive screwdriver or chisel in the gap fearing damage.., this however should do the trick (hopefully)!!!
Awesome! I hope it comes off easily for ya
Will it remove axle bearings on my 94 YJ?
I assume so but I debating between this design and another design.
It’s funny that you should ask, I’m using it right now to remove a gimbal bearing from an OMC outdrive. (It worked.)
This set is definitely too small for your axle bearings. You need a bigger slide hammer and a bearing adapter that fits your YJ.
Happy wrenching.
Will this remove a transfer case extension housing bushing ?
Hi David, thanks for your question. No, this tool will not remove an extension housing bushing because the output shaft would be in the way. The collets in this kit are not designed to slide over a shaft like the special tool for the bushing is. In most cases, you can remove the extension housing then use a press to R and R the bushing. I hope this helps, happy wrenching.
@@ToolDemos Thanks for the info!
Will it work on Asian scooter in the Philippines let me know thanks
No, they are built differently.
Would remove a stuck valve cover on 2008 Lexus IS 250? If so, Where can I purchase these tools?
I think it could work. I bought the tool at Harbor Freight
@@ToolDemos Thanks for your quick response. How much did you pay for it?
Did it work? doing valve cover gasket on my is250, cant get it off at all
@@cookzii811 There’s a bolt between the coils, make sure you loosen it up and the cover will come right off. Make sure you also unbolt all the perimeter bolts
