I am in an interracial marriage. I am an Indian lady married to a Tanzanian man. Growing up all our parents n Indian society teach their girls never to marry African. And that's exactly what I did n I got disowned for years. Now they realize actually the African man is more respectable than the Indian sons in law. The Indian society still treats me like an outcast but the African society I am like a princess they show me off and want to associate with me.
Thanks Recho for standing your ground, darkness cannot mix with light when it comes to religion no mixing 🙅🙅🙅 believers should no marry non believers. Bravo my gal💪💪
My sister introduced me to bump love and it was the best thing ever! These girls are headed for a global show platform! I’m Ugandan living in the USA Married to an American man. I was initially married to an Ugandan man who treated me like a doormat, a slave, a dog!I had never known what love was until I met this American. I urge everyone on this platform that don’t limit yourself selves when it comes to love because of some society rules.Thank you bump love; this episode made my day!
I just can't imagine how interesting these discussions 're!!! Am literally learning and enjoying at the same time. My dear, just don't care miss these episodes again,,Love. ❤❤
My husband is American, i come from western Uganda. Our cultural differences have made our marriage more beautiful. Get out there and explore more, so much to learn and enjoy outside our own cultures.
The other day I traveled to Gulu and passed by a supermarket only to see Newman snacks there, I was so excited you could think I had seen my own brand in a store. Kudos Rosette and your team😊
I ate newmans once and liked them and looked for them once in awhile then I learnt that it’s for Rosette and the husband hoooooo . I don’t anyother crisps since
today i went to a supermarket in najjera and i wanted to buy crisips. there are some crisips that i always love and buy from that supermarket, but today i went n found my usual crisps and as i was walking away i saw a pack with newman n i remembered Rossette n rushed to put the other crisips back on the shelf n i picked the newman coz of rossette.
Tbh Newsman’s is better than I thought it even expected. Ate some Simsim snacks from a supermarket up country, it was crunchy, soft and didn’t have soil. Quite impressed!
Neyanziza nyo nyo! ladies for this episode❤. I am a Kenyan married to a Mukiga, even through the differences love rises above all. It has been quite a journey but all I can say is that love is much more special in that dynamic of not knowing really what is expected of you. I have a lovely family and what you realize is that either way God makes a way for you and you will be fine.
This was such a beautiful moment with you ladies. Just like Rachael, tribe does not matter but MY FAITH IS A NON NEGOTIABLE and that has been the my highlight for this episode
Can we make that beginning catch up a thing. It is so refreshing hearing about your week and being part of the celebration of milestones. So happy for you ladies.😍
Nze, me, myself and I, the four of us think this bumplove family needs a meet and greet...oba conference...I don't know. The wisdom is a lot❤. Thank you, ladies...
Banange I think this is the first comment Appreciating your smartness and beauty You Ladies are Wowwwwwww!!!! As in woooooooooower And Wooooooowest!!!!!!
Globalisation has helped us other people from different cultures. As a Kenyan living in Europe, I've connected so well with other cultures that my best friends now are Ugandans.
The same globalization has made me realize some of these barriers are artificial and were put by outsiders as a tool of control. Ugandans and Kenyans aren’t very different. Even some of our ethnicities are the same but because someone comes from across the border you think they are different from you
I never thought I wd love you any better my Dear Rachel. I just love how you are not ashamed of what you believe in, girllll that draws me so much to you cz even me faith is a non negotiable wen it comes to that toyina kyongamba. That said this was another banger of an episode, not sure who comes up with the topics of discussion but you sure know how to keep us yo audience engaged. I love every bump love show. This is the only youtube channel I comment on cz I enjoy it. Love u ladies. ❤❤
Rachael's look when they said throw the pant into the grave 😂😂😂 was hilarious! She was in awww😂. And her final comment said it all. We have no business with the dead. Thanks ladies for yet another interesting episode.
I bumped upon Bump Love 4 months ago, and I got addicted!! I love the meaningful, mature, and fun conversations here. I may have my reservations on a few matters but on the general, I love it here. Ladies, you broke the box!!
Someone needs to share this episode with Owek Charles Peter Mayiga and Owek Daudi Mpanga. Pumla, you never cease to astound me. As a child of an American Muganda mother and Ashanti Father, I've learned so much from you, Pumla, about my mother' culture.
I have just watched the first few minutes and dear Pumla we appreciate you getting us to understand that you Ladies have lives. Well done surely! You're inspiring! I know you want us to stop complaining when one of you is not around. But honestly it's not because we don't appreciate how hard you work but it's just because you are the best team and each one of you brings something unique to the show. So when one of you is missing, we the bump lovers miss that unique energy. I personally will be more understanding going forward, but please all of you be present 😌
You ladies are really great. I uphold Racheal for standing for her faith. As a fellow Christian, I think you owe no apology for standing for your faith. Faith is not the same thing as values though our values are definitely influenced by faith. Just because there are those that do the contrary, it does not mean there are no right ones. I think objectivity is needed around faith and tribes.
Ladies kuddos on your wins , to add on the dresses game, shoes and makeups keep getting better and better every day !! Angie braids, rachels’s dress and shoes won my vote today!!!
Words fail me of how to describe how astonishing and amazing you're...You're truly inspirational..You've served us healthy, genuine, raw and unfiltered content..Each of your personalities are relatable to us ..I love the growth. Thank you Thank you Thank you.❤
Good afternoon Ladies and bamplovers, I thank God who guided me to this channel,I know am here for a reason, ladies you're all inspiring, you'll impact my life . I see myself like a building and you ladies are the building materials, thank you ladies my God bless you more and more ❤
Love Recheal yes the dead have nothing to do with the living and religion / faith is a non negotiable for me . Just here a muganda married to a Kenyan and loving my marriage cheers
My mum being a munyoro and my dad a muganda, i grew up with a diversity of languages because my mum some how spoke almost all western languages, something i really like because you can not kugeya me😂. But now as a grown woman looking to start my own family, being born again, my non negotiable is faith, my husband has to share my faith, about race and ethnicity I’ve always desired a white man because i feel like i want i want my children to be exposed to both the western culture and my African culture but that’s really a negotiable, i dont mind marrying from anywhere as long as we share certain beliefs and values of life. Thank you ladies for the episode, absolutely loved it!
I love how Angie's family members love themselves, The love between all of you is verbal, physical ooh my😍, Am always eager to hear you speak, Your stories are always full of love🥰.
Congratulations to Pumla's parents🎉🎉...thats awesome....i would love to hear from them especially her mother! Congratulations to Newman's expansion! Manuela's and Kemi's ever shinning success plus Racheal's great writing...i loved the catch up
Such a great episode. The intro where you celebrated eachother was the best part! And I am with Rachel on the closing remarks. We don’t have business with the dead. No leaving them clothes please. Not even a hankie or puff holder.😄
Wow! This topic is so multi-faceted yet so interesting. There is always a story behind the story. One of the key reasons why people kept within or married their own race was for preservation; deeply unique qualities or practices that were proven over time as good, and they didn't want to lose them. Because our ancestors preserved these things, for over thousands of years, we still have authenticity of who we are! This doesn't mean there aren't some disadvantages... Yet there are great benefits with inter marriages such as better offsprings, connections beyond borders, larger and diverse experiences, and learning to live with others in community. I believe that we need to treat everyone with goodness & respect regardless of race and religion or culture, but there are places when we have to stand and decide to hold fast some key principles... Well, THANK you so much, ladies! You are amazing. Your diversity of views is thought provoking; many times, I agree with one of you, and then after some time, I agree with all of you, and so forth.. Thank you! Thank you for sharing and shining light on these topical issues. You rock ❤❤❤❤
Living in the diaspora has taught me that tribal discrimination from our countries can be a limitation here in Europe . You must put that aside to stand together n get thru life here.
wow wow wow, I absolutely love that part of sharing how your week has been coz we also be curious and would be satisfied to know about your lived outside bump love. Plus I have also noticed that its not only the moderator that leads the conversation. I'm so thrilled with the creativity of bump love and congratulations on your enormous achievements. I grew up from a same tribe same religion family and that was all I looked up to, I hoped to marry someone of the same tribe and religion. I'm from West Nile but was born and breed in Buganda, and so our first language to learn was Luganda and I remember this frustrated our Mum, the fact that we couldn't speak our native language but were fluent with Luganda didn't register well with her. I remember she put a strict rule at home of Whenever she came back from work, she didn't want to hear any language spoken other than our mother tongue, you either speak it or keep quiet. and that's how we got to learn it. I recall sometime in high school my parents came for VD and I invited my friends, they (my friends) were fascinated by the fact that I spoke my local language fluently because they couldn't speak theirs, they were not Buganda and they only spoke English. I remember feeling so proud about it and that's when it hit me that it is crucial to know a local language and have an identity. otherwise I guess I would also be amongst those people who identify as......I had an expectation though, I know most of you ladies are in intermarriages, I expected to here your personal experiences, how you navigated that decision to enter such a marriage, what were your influences and did your support system cheer you on?
I love that we are growing bigger and better as a community ❤. We bless the Lord for how far he has brought us🎉🎉🎉 XOXO to the ladies and the entire team!
God brought you to us as gifts. mweebale the conversation starting coz I think we need to become serious with love by background checking our partners of different cultures. God bless you guys.
Thank you ladies for that brief yet well coordinated intro.... Am a muganda Catholic married to a muganda muslim man...when you choose to explore each others belief with an open mind....there's alot to learn from both religions....quite interesting...however, sometimes the people around, and the bigger family from both sides sees it weird and attimes make life hard...but trust me now we have learnt to cut many negative people from telling us what to do/ not
I agree with Anggie, on language as a resource, personally am married to a musical and am a munyankolr, I love the lusoga language, their culture and am enjoying the ride with happiness
fashion episode is doing it jst right for u ladies!!! y'll beautiful with colors that match jst right, I love u gals. and being able to celebrate each other's milestones wow oh wow God bless you ladies
Wow, it's such a jaw dropping introduction, n the way you intentionally complemented n celebrated each other's accomplishments n success is on another level
I don’t think there should be a compromise on faith, one person can’t be coming from sabbo and another from church, where will the kids worship??I agree with Racheal
I love love love you girls. I bumped into your friendship episode and I was sold and I am so stuck. Your show is so precious, I only share it with my closest people, don't judge, I am selfish and keeping everything good to myself and my people. Oh and just to say, your different energies blend so well making the show to be so 👌 😍 good. Keep up the great work. I love you all. 🎉
You ladies are amazing, thank you for bringing light to the world.I have learnt so much about intermarriage discussion you have presented. That we should not sweat over small things and also learn to be respectful and have gratitude.Kudos
Wow I'm so blessed by this show. I'm married in a different culture and tribe and I have benefited from this show so much. Values is the most important thing and also respect for caltual value
Angie's point about language for children from mixed backgrounds, at 28 she has settled something huge in me that I somehow feared would be taken in the wrong way. I will embrace the diversity or rather the fluidity in my language capabilities. Love to you all Ladies!
I actually think being multi lingual is such a beautiful gift I wish I had. My parents are of different tribes(one from Eastern Uganda, one from WesternUganda) and yet were working in a different district, where we were all born. I must confess that we grew up in a home speaking English, and the language of the place we were in(coz there was no one to teach us our original languages). On tbe other hand, in our parents' time, they joined university and the only common ground was English. But to make each other feel at home, they learnt a bit of each others languages. So I found that my Dad knew a little bit of plenty of languages, coz he learnt from friends that were in Kampala for.the first time when they joined Makerere. So I really admire multi-linguists. I feel it's such a blessing
Angie mirrored me so much when it comes to speaking swahili in different versions. As a Kenyan who has lived amongst East Africans alot, i blend pretty much in each settings, so much so that when strangers ask me where am from i randomly say any East African country(when not in the mood for small talk)and my physical features pass the test too.😅 Gorgeous ladies interesting content.
Naye Nabacwa is very stubborn 😅 the moment I saw the notification, I was excited to hear from you ladies. Congrats Rosette, Newman's crisps all the way🥳 Congrats ladies upon the wins🥳
Very fascinating a topic, our ability to appreciate diversity is what keeps us going, me ain’t married to a tribe mate but like Manuela did say, I have navigated the challenges therein for the last 12 years….You galz are amazing, ❤❤❤❤❤🙏🏾
My husband is a muganda and am a munyankole. What i dont like i talk about it. And also baganda are very good cooks. But also we copy Kenyan recipes because they are very good. The rest of life guidelines we follow the bible. That makes life easier.
Racheaaaaaa....l!! how do I love you more❤. Thanks for being assertive on your non negotiable !! I also enjoyed the facial expression and educative overtone of..don’t put your .....!! Thanks RM, God bless you all on the set n us the consumers My takeaways..Do your research,Gratitude and NON NEGOTIABLES
Ugandan married to an English man, the beginning was hard.. but once i put understanding into the relationship it solved alot of the issues. The expectations had to leave the building too😂.We have our core values together and then everything else we are flexible. It has really made this Union unique and exciting. We still have misunderstandings.. especially with the bako😩
@@swabrahM for instance:when mum visits we have to wash her clothes separate,so they're not mixing with the muko..😳.kyoka hubby does the laundry in our house..🤣..
@@kisakyegelder7051 i can imagine... But that buko thing is phasing out even here in ug.... My grandma has a son in law from the west.... But they even hug... Use the same toilet... She decided to be open minded however people are always ridiculing her... But she chose peace
Inspiration is the word that can define these ladies....for me the beginning of the show was epic....thank you ladies I have picked a leaf, leaves, flowers and all the branches😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 actually the whole tree I've gone with it

Ooh my there is a unique aroma in new man's crisps and now that I know who the owners are,I will definitely eat with more love.

God bless you guys.
Thank you ladies for that brief yet well coordinated intro....
Am a muganda Catholic married to a muganda muslim man...when you choose to explore each others belief with an open mind....there's alot to learn from both religions....quite interesting...however, sometimes the people around, and the bigger family from both sides sees it weird and attimes make life hard...but trust me now we have learnt to cut many negative people from telling us what to do/ not
Manuela made a very important and enlightening point about VALUE SYSTEM. Something to think about ❤
It really is alot to think about
I agree with Anggie, on language as a resource, personally am married to a musical and am a munyankolr, I love the lusoga language, their culture and am enjoying the ride with happiness

I love all the girls but Rachael thanks for standing for what you believe in!!! You know Pumla is not easy but I love her to death!!!🤣🥰🥰❤️
I don’t think there should be a compromise on faith, one person can’t be coming from sabbo and another from church, where will the kids worship??I agree with Racheal
Following this channel is the best thing I have done on this App I have really evolved ❤

Angie's point about language for children from mixed backgrounds, at 28 she has settled something huge in me that I somehow feared would be taken in the wrong way. I will embrace the diversity or rather the fluidity in my language capabilities. Love to you all Ladies!
I knew I would hit home…somewhere! Embrace the Gift 💪🏾🤗❤
Angie looks sooooo love today, all the ladies do…she’s just so stunning today
Ba dear ntuuse ntuuse 🤸🤸🤸🤸🤸 bumplove og nzunno banange I start waiting for the show on Wednesday 😂😂😂 love you so much 💕
Angie mirrored me so much when it comes to speaking swahili in different versions. As a Kenyan who has lived amongst East Africans alot, i blend pretty much in each settings, so much so that when strangers ask me where am from i randomly say any East African country(when not in the mood for small talk)and my physical features pass the test too.😅
Gorgeous ladies interesting content.
Gurrrrrrl! We blend, Fluidity👌🏾💯

Tell us about the bako
@@swabrahM for instance:when mum visits we have to wash her clothes separate,so they're not mixing with the muko..😳.kyoka hubby does the laundry in our house..🤣..
@@kisakyegelder7051 i can imagine... But that buko thing is phasing out even here in ug.... My grandma has a son in law from the west.... But they even hug... Use the same toilet... She decided to be open minded however people are always ridiculing her... But she chose peace
Rossetti that dress pass it over.
Inspiration is the word that can define these ladies....for me the beginning of the show was epic....thank you ladies I have picked a leaf, leaves, flowers and all the branches😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 actually the whole tree I've gone with it
