@@DrRowe Hi, I keep getting this feeling when I lift up my left leg (particularly behind me) like something wants to crack behind my glut, but despite some of my best efforts, I haven't been able to crack it. I thought it was my hip joint, but I so far haven't been able to crack that. And then I thought it was my SI joint, but when I did it, it cracked in a different place than I thought it was. Do you know what it could be?
You’re a blessing dude. Been having sciatic pain for a year. Multiple injections and big weight loss. Your videos have offered new thinking and been a huge help.

Humble suggestion-have a handy anatomical chart and point at the area you are naming. Many of us? (Me!) aren’t always certain of the medical name of the area that bothers us…but I DO know WHERE the pain is. Just a suggestion. I appreciate your videos! 🌷
This is a #shorts video, I have no more than 60 seconds and it would be impossible to give an anatomy lesson plus demonstration. But thank you for the suggestion, and for watching!
No no - not an anatomy lesson. A poster hanging on the wall that is simply an anatomical graphic of the human body and maybe u point to the area. if you take the time to show the exercises, show us the area on an anatomical chart that’s hanging on the wall. I get it. You don’t have time for that. It was just a suggestion. Not a demand!
I’ve been sharing you with everyone I know that could use the help like crazy. You’re one of two people I’ve shared this much on UA-cam, thank you sir!
I can’t believe something so simple took all of my pain away. I’ve been dealing with lower back pain for a few months. Stretching or contorting my body never did the trick. I would take a 650mg pain killer every night to help me get a little better sleep. Well I did this two days ago and I have been pain free ever since. I never heard the popping sound when I did it but it felt good so I did it several times. It’s still a little tender and sore. I’m hoping it’s because it’s been so tight for so long. Much appreciated!
Thanks so much doc i tried your techniques and i feel so much relief in one try, I was suffering from 2 months and one exercise and it's just like 99 percent of pain is gone

I would love it if you could recommend a morning routine for chronic back and neck pain. I get trigemonal migraines triggered by neck and back pain and inflammation combined w spinal stenosis. Working out / stretching often triggers a migraine so I’m clearly doing it wrong.
Stretch backwards to open your chest up more. Don’t look down to stretch but look up instead. Try to get your mid back and shoulders loose to take some of the strain off your lower back.

Dr. Rowe, I use this exercise a lot, and it always gives me relief; however, I never hear or feel a pop. My understanding is that the popping or cracking sound is the release of air in the synovial fluid surrounding the joint(s). (Similar to knuckles or knees cracking.) I thought it would be helpful for people to know that their joints can move back into place without a sound occurring. Do you agree? I can’t thank you enough for the relief this exercise gives me!

Search for "activator chiropractic near me" and see who comes up. Then, read the reviews and vet them for realism! Or, consider atlas orthogonal chiropractic.
