I do a lot of 3d and the scenes I make always start from a random experiment, unless there is already a plan in my head....Which is rare.
I've been using After Effects for about a month and find it inconceivable that I would be competent enough to need so many layers. It's boggling. Part of me goes "I hope I'm able to do something like that some day" and another part is saying "WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA---------"

Mine in particular did have a hardware issue so maybe it's that. If only Cyriak was a computer person maybe we could get a diagnoses down.
