Hi Anald: thank you for featuring the WA holiday sets. I love many WA products but I also dislike a few. It is known that the eye pods are terrible. I have the full-size brush set and I love the eye brushes because I have small deep set eyes and the flat one picks up shimmer shades better than any of my (many) other brushes - plus it’s easy to clean and dry. The pointy eye brush is great for applying concealer. The baby cheeks brush is good for applying the super loaded highlighters. The blush/powder brush is one of my favorites for blush. The kabuki brush is super difficult to clean - and it takes 3 days to dry so now I use it only with Guerlain meteorites. I agree the holiday blush is a bit too cool toned for you but you could “safely” use it on your lips. All the lipstick shades are gorgeous on you. I agree the lipstick kit is the best holiday set. Aww thank you for your kind words and thank you for your tips. I think I can see the foundation brush taking days to dry out, it is so dense! I need to try the pointy eye brush with my concealer and the baby cheeks brush for my highlighter!! Thank you
Wow!! I really want the whole Xmas collection, was very interested in the brushes but are so expensive. Can you upload close up pictures if possible on your UA-cam wall. I just wanted to mention that the Super Loaded Tinted Highlight is better warmed with your finger, you can use the brush after the product has been emulsified.

@@anaidgzz82 thanks a lot, this is so helpful!! How are you finding the lipsticks? I only have one shade Piqué which I do not like since it's too brown but online it looked like rose nude. I also do not like the smell. The new lipsticks are so pretty, especially the shade fluffy!! Are the containers baby pink and nude/white?
@@NinaN-eq4fy I've been loving the lipsticks, especially fluffy and Je Reve. They are very buttery!! Yes, the containers are baby pink and off white. They are so pretty.
Hi Anaid, i just came across your video as I am a huge fan of WA makeup and have everything in just about every colour so I wanted to just point out a couple of things if that’s ok that might be helpful to you.
I have all of the full size brushes and last years petite collection and I do plan on getting this years. I love the brushes but not all of them, the eyeshadow ones are a bit unnecessary and I don’t care for the powder or foundation ones but the rest have a real place in my makeup routine as I use mostly all cream products these days.
The eyeshadow set that you have is an older version and they’re terrible tbh, the new ones are way better but still skip-able however the ones that you have you need to break the seal on it better to get some more payoff.
The foundation stick again not my favourite and like yourself I have drier skin so I actually love the skin tint, it’s really hydrating and nourishing and while it looks really moist and glowy to start with it sinks into the skin beautifully and helps with redness and plumps up the skin beautifully.
The stick grabs to the dry spots and sits in pores but great for discoloration, I found it good as a concealer prior to the new concealer which I think is better on the face than under eyes as it’s a bit thick and dry looking for under my eyes.
The blushes are amazing and some of the best I’ve tried, the one you have has a pearlescent finish so it may show texture, I haven’t tried mine yet but the others do not at all. I think the texture you’re seeing may actually be coming from the super loaded bronzer/highlighter that you applied under as it does it on mine too but in saying that you applied way too much of it and I would only use it on the back end of the cheeks not everywhere else. You only need to ever so lightly dab it in the pan, like barely touch it not swirl it, it also looks great on the eyes, which is my favorite way to use it.
All of the highlight sticks are fabulous. My personal fave is Lit and I wear it without any makeup on too.
I wouldn’t bother with the lip compacts as beautiful as they are I’d stick with the lipsticks the lipglosses are beautiful too but the lighter colours are virtually colorless.
The powder bronzer is beautiful.
Brow is a skip but I love the mascara as I hate normal mascara, I want to be able to just wash it off.
Don’t give up on them as they are wonderful products and are perfect for no makeup days
@jacquelinemoss1911 ohh my God, thank you for all these tips!!! I will take everything into consideration and i think you might be right with the super loaded tinted highlighter, I applied too much. I will give the new blush another try without the highlighter, it might surprise me!
I definitely want to keep trying the eye pods. Is there a secret on breaking the seal on them?
I'm glad you are telling me about the liquid foundation, I've been wanting to try it but other youtubers keep saying that is oily so I'm a little bit scared, even though I have very dry skin. I will give it a try too. The face brush for that liquid foundation is beautiful. Maybe I'll buy the set that comes with a full size brush.

You’re welcome ☺️ Definitely do try the blush without it as you mentioned the gold and I didn’t really notice gold in my blush swatch but it still did have a pearlescence so it may not be to your liking so I would use the blush on your eyes if that’s the case, her blushes work well on the eyes too 😊
With the eye pods you really need to get your finger in and swirl with those old sets but they probably won’t give you really what you’re expecting unfortunately.
I think you would be fine with that liquid brush, I wouldn’t get another yet until you feel it’s one that you use all the time, the smaller one is just as good as good.
It is oily to start until it sinks in. I actually got put off of buying it myself for the same reason, I waited about a year to get it and wish I had got it then honestly as i use it all the time but everyone is different so I can’t guarantee that you will love it like I do.
I do think that a lot of people are using too much of it and that could be why they don’t like it, I use 2-3 drops and the stick or concealer if extra coverage is needed
@jacquelinemoss1911 that's what I've seen with the eye pods, not very pigmented just a very subtle pigment. I'll definitely try the liquid tint. I don't use a lot of foundation because my dryness shows a lot, so maybe this will be a good option. I did try the Kosas foundation and it was very oily and I didn't like it. I'm hoping this will be better.

Yay happy to see these lipsticks been waiting on a review .. and gotta say I’m a tad jealous of those brushes 😆 I do have all her original brushes so I can’t justify getting these beauties but I do want them 😅😂

@BeautyHasBeenX I've heard a lot about Sonia G brushes, now I'm curious lol. Have you tried Rephr? I've seen a lot of videos of people comparing them to the Sonia G brushes.

I would return the ones you don't like. Get your money back.
@@liisabjork76 would they accept them if they are already used? I'm thinking maybe the eye pods, they are not great and very expensive
