As an ignorant person of European descent in the USA, I had no knowledge of how, when and under what circumstances Native Americans became US Citizens. It would be a wonderful story to tell about the journey to help educate a wider public on this matter. Feels like a perfect PBS documentary or a ken burns style series which could bring up wider issues of North American history.

Land Back. I am so grateful you all are here to teach and inform. I am “German” thru my ancestors and they likely took over the stolen lands in Howard, SD area where my “family” still owns farms while Pine Ridge is first in every poverty marker and my “smart” lawyer brother has never even heard of Pine Ridge.
I have a neurological disorder (Functional Neurological disorder). I hope I made sense to say when the land and if the land comes to my hands: LAND BACK. I put my money where my mouth is if I ever get out of poverty . Not eventually. as soon as I…808 Uncle Robert’s Kava Bar Big Island Kalapana. Land Back. Now I shut up some more and Listen. Thank u for speaking so true and clear.

Education is key. It is great to have historical events brought to life. This documentary was very insightful and interesting.I think a lot of our NA people aren't familiar with this information . I for one will share it and keep this information for my child.

im sorry to say this as a ' white ' american ;,my ancesters were scottish, because my heart has always been with native interest since childhood, but why would a native american even want US citizenship when this government wont even adhere to the treaty for representation in washington....its a ploy of deception to remove native sovriegnty from the mind set ,just as it has to the so-called 'citizens' of this mess....i believe its better served that the native population free itself of this failed 'experiment' and give example to the mind slaves of this nation ( europeans) what true democracy really is......bless u all with peace

Sometimes, the sheer audacity and arrogance of members of Congress. I know I've been praying a long time to see God bring Justice on the Earth.
