I loved every moment Dorian thought he had the case won then Freddie came back. That’s why a Freshman doesn’t represent anyone in a student trial against a law student
A criminal attorney would never ask where their client may or may not have dumped the body, especially of a notorious client. They'd just focus showing reasonable doubt, countering all evidence and testimonies.
Such A GREAT epie, i am watching now on TV ONE, all over again, i wanted to tape it, but will next time, i just seen it on tv one network, on cable, watchin the rest, love this 1, love ADW since college early 90s.
The fact that they went to trial for calling a female a ho and he offended for being called a hood shows how long ago this was 🤣. Great nostalgia feels!
So many lessons here. Brothers treat our sisters with respect and stop calling them out of their names. Sisters stop belittling the brothers. Sisters stop tearing each other down. Don't snitch (that one's for the streets...he could've ended this long before it got to this point by telling on Gina...but he took all the hate and didn't say a word...that's honorable). Don't presume someone's guilt without knowing all the details. It's not fair to let someone else go down for something you did...be accountable. You don't have to make someone else look bad to make yourself look good. Brothers and sisters, we are not enemies...we have to stand together to fight our REAL enemy. Oh, and most important...life is a funny thang!
@@omark.k.strong604would be nice. Unfortunately, most sisters in our community don't have the best relationship with their father nor do they feel the need to protect his honor. So I would say don't call the brothers something you would be upset if someone called your son. But, yes, agreed.
Is it me.....or do I analyze these shows a bit too much, LOL!!! ANYBODY ELSE NOTICE MS. GERI from "Martin" at 4:28?!!! The back of her head was shown all throughout this clip, but at 4:28, you get an undeniable look at her straight in the face as she turns around while Gina's being repeatedly ordered to jump by Jenifer Lewis. Boooy, Ms. Geri got around! I know she's play an extra on many other shows and movies, but I didn't realize she was on this one until now. (*By the way, about 5 years ago, I purchased all seasons of this show on DVD and am currently watching it at home. I was watching this very episode about 2 nights ago. Gotta love "A Different World"!!!)
🤣😂🤣You sound like you analyze about as much as me. Ms Geri is all through the last 1 or 2 years of this show. They even gave her a speaking part on the episode when Whitley knew about her surprise party. She sang the "Birthday Bean Pie" song
love it lookin as it do, in this epie, her lawyer future attorney mode and i love it also wild more curly with Shazza when they first met, prior to this new season... great epie.
You don't want someone to address you as a hood, then stop conducting yourself as one. Dean Davenport was on point when she made this comment. Sometimes we bring different situations upon ourselves. You want people to RESPECT you? Respect yourself FIRST. 👊
Say that again... Exactly Men & Young men need to remember that, their is a lot of women an girls with good reputation, and carry themselves well to be called that. Remember who wouldn't want their Moms called that, they would want to woop someone's ass if someone called their Mom that. Lesson in learning...
They didn't like Charmaine that's all that was, but they shouldn't have treated Charmaine like that before even knowing her, Dorian was the only one that liked her as a friend that is and didn't treat her like everyone else did.
3:00 why was Gina being babied off the stand by Freddie?!?! SHE was the guilty party who instigated this whole fiasco! Let her cry & be humbled by her own hatin, deceitful and manipulative actions.
He didn't put the sign on her back....that's true but he did call her a ho in that so-called apology..... so it's not exactly a case of being accused of something he didn't do.....he did.......He said: I'm sorry, ho.....instead of just saying he didn't put the sign on her back her further added to the problem by saying she will do anything for a math problem......Dean was right.....he-unnecessarily escalated the situation for reasons that are so irrational......Him acting all self righteous and sanctimonious at the end was. ridiculous........you are an adult man......open up your mouth and say you didn't do it instead of waiting for someone to ASK U whether u are guilty.....that's absurd
“They” are going to see you as a hood even when you’re wearing a three-piece suit(Botham Jean). Learn to love yourself, deal with them when you have to, and never take their opinion to heart

Love when Dwayne laughs at Gina saying she gets into her class, lol. Her confession is hysterical!

Jenifer Lewis is a national treasure
Ooh, that message at the end... “A family can never be united with its brothers and sisters divided.” Words to live by.
And dear sweet Gina devaux…. Girl come up here.
Gina really tried to cry her way out of that courtroom too 😂
Tyrrell was right when he told Freddie, you asked me everything but did I do it.
Tyrrell, probably needed to go to the spa, for his feet 😄😄
Indeed she didn't ask the pivotal question. But as she said, she still broke the case WITHOUT that info. Excellent work for an amateur.
