For our 36/50 state, we adventured all over Atlanta, Georgia. We spent most of the day at the Atlanta Georgia Aquarium, the world's largest aquarium! It houses the world's largest fish tank which holds over 6 million gallons of water. The entire aquarium as a whole has around 10 million gallons of water and over 100,000 fish. Including the world's largest fish known as the whale shark! They feed them in this special way every day because of the way whale sharks eat.
We had such a great time during this state's adventure. Thank you Georgia!

We need to stop promoting how cute and fun it is to interact with captive animals. Just because they can't communicate with us about it.
I truly feel like God would be fully ashamed that we cage his creatures so we can touch them.

Not doing enough to save the ocean is more like it... great to see there is preserves for some species but there's more to it than that. the fact is drastic measures should be take but probably wont because "people" prioritize the wrong things.

OMG 😮😮😮. Nothing more special than seeing Avalyn’s reaction and her knowledge of animal sounds. Her eyes so wide taking in all the wonder of the world. Oh I do believe she will remember all of this as you are shaping her future with your travels. A very very bright girl. And a beautiful video of an incredible place truly fighting to save our oceans life. If only EVERYONE would take this seriously as our very own planet is suffering massive changes. Whale sharks should not be kept in aquariums period.
true you make a solid point and we agree with "why" - we're not sure what the perfect answer is but there is a benefit to seeing marine life up close. It helps motivate the world to make more conscious choices to not destroy ocean life (through wrong types of sunscreen, trash, to name a couple ways). Maybe the answer is just professionals filming in the ocean and we rely only on those videos to motivate?? It's just an entirely different experience seeing them up close. Lots of their animals at this location were injured or rescued, but ya it's a grey area.
That tank is more of the size, of a betta fish tank. 🐋

These are CALLED Whale Sharks but they’re actually fish! Crazy right? They are the largest fish out there but have the name Whale Shark ❤️

Heyyyyyy! I've been to that same place for the TSA National Competition with my school last year. It was so fun and amazing! We also went to the World of Coca-cola which was fun
Oh my gosh! My mother in law got us tickets to the GA aquarium for Christmas one year. It was like I was an 8year old again. It was sooooooo cool and I was sooooo excited.
We saw whale sharks in "Planet Earth", we were astounded by the description of these amazing beasties! Aquariums are cool.

Welcome to my state Goergia welcomes you hope you have/had a blast at the ga aquarium we went there for the 1st time for our 10th anniversary (July 5th) this year the whales and the dolphin show was the best experience ever 😍😍😍😍
