Is the Euphoria Engine not available for devs to use it. That company really should partner with studios making sports games if they won't make any more back breakers. I love the passion poured into this from what I see but I fear the animations/physics may never fully get quite smooth and fluid 😅
No. Zynga purchased Natural Motion in 2014 and Natural Motion stopped licensing the Euphoria engine to other companies in 2017.

@@JEtienneMusic the closest you're gonna get to any kind of physics based tackling right now is football simulator but temper your expectations, theres very little animations and the movement and tackling does get goofy sometimes and theyre taking a while to finish it but nonetheless its fun as hell to play and its physics based tackles

This game should be good in about another 10 years.
Gameplay animations and physics look extremely stiff and choppy. One minute your guy is running, the next he's on the ground. No real "tackle" animation. Just a running animation and then boom, immediately in the dirt. Looks very... "jarring to the eyes" I guess you could say.
Its sad games like these wont do much especially since its dropping only on pc at the beginning and because of low income we probably wont ever see a console version..... not having a nfl teams or even xfl teams makes it less appealing. They shoulda had xfl license the game. Woulda been better...and being free to play theres no monetary income for the game to make money...the movement isnt very good and looks janky. Needs to be smoother. I wish it the best tho ill check it out if it ever releases to console
you are so wrong. Have you considered the fact that dropping it on PC is the right choice since the majority of football audience play on consoles? so the Devs want to collect bugs / crashes generated by PC users, so they fix it before releasing it to the bigger audience.

My biggest issue with the game is the feeling of absolutely no control while running with the ball in either designed runs or trying to get YAC. I really want this to be a good game

Beta had a lot of opportunities… wonder if this’ll feel even slightly different. Customization is cool, but if the gameplay doesn’t stand out, it’ll be a flop.

I've been thirsty for so long and I am a console player.
If you're not going to have a broadcast commentators at least you can have on campus radio announcers where the radio announcer will favor the home team!!! You can even have people at maximum football be generic radio announcers!!! You can't tell me that this isn't a great idea!!! Please get it done!!! ( Fan that wants, the game to be great!! 💯)

Please please please read my comments. If there are not going to be a broadcast team and at least let us have campus radio announcers🎉🎉🎉🎉. A 2 or 3 person team. Madden 2005 had a great idea with this, in their dynasty mode but they discontinued it the next. Maximum football 24 could have radio announcer team for exhibition games and dynasty mode🎉🎉🎉🎉

Looks fun to customize, doesn’t look fun to play very stiff, still don’t see a lot of physics and still haven’t seen any pre snap motions or play actions. This game is hitting the nail on visuals to please the small crowd but is missing key things for the word simulation to be used

Can you guys please add career mode? It’s one of my favorite things in sports games so I can act out my career that I don’t have the chance to have. Games like axis don’t have that and it would really make you guys stand out. Not like you guys already aren’t standing out because the game is free, so I don’t want to be asking for too much. Other than no career mode yet the game looks awesome and I’m looking forward to it!
The game is still wonky and animations seem to be made from scratch. They should do some more animation capturing and they should slow the catching animation down a bit to make it look more realistic as it just looks like the ball just magically landed in the hands of a wr. APF2K8 slowed it down a little and it made gameplay fluid. This doesn’t have the same amount of money as AAA games but it’s worth the shot.
I'm excited for this. Could be fun. Just worried about it being free to play. But I'll have to wait for console.
Have you guys tried getting a deal done with the UFL? I think it could be interesting and could help the legal and the maximum football.

All you had to do was having ACTUAL PHYSICS in tackling but for some reason you went animation’s instead. Football devs will never learn.
Since a lot (if not most) of the football games are played on console, I would probably be getting feedback from that crowd as soon as possible.

I have yet to see any videos to show they’re gonna do more physics based tackles. The beta didn’t have them and it doesn’t look like they’ll be in the early access release either. I was expecting it but it seems like they’re not gonna do it anymore. I’m disappointed but I’m still gonna support them just so smaller companies can have the confidence to release a football game.

Can’t wait for this. Even though it doesn’t have the budget of ea, This game will have more heart, soul, attention to detail in the game any of EA products. That is worth the buy, even if the gameplay isn’t quite there yet. But it will be.

I’m really hoping they decide to put ‘In-Game’ commentary within the game before it drops. Even if it’s just a little. It don’t have to be some ‘extra-extravagant’ type shit. I just wanna hear about how good I am, or the other team is, when I score or make a big play, or how bad I am if and when I make a poor play, or vice versa, u feel me?
I’ll pay for the extra in-game commentary if I’ve got to. If that’s what it’ll take to get it in the game. It’s no big deal, and I assure you that others feel the same way and will gladly do the same and pay for the commentary!
One other thing myself and others want is diversity in “Stadium Customization”. None of us want to feel like we’re playin every game in the same FIVE stadiums. If this game is based on customizing EVERYTHING, then we should be able to pretty much, configure the stadiums to our own vision and liking, for the most part. I mean, we simply just don’t want it to feel like we’re playing every game in the same stadium and setting! Please make it so that we can make our stadiums different for each team! Again, even if we have to pay for that extra part of the game, we will and we all would be happy to! As long as we get a good and COMPLETE and FINISHED game when it’s all said and done!
They said they have all of the lines recorded and now they’re working on getting the commentary into the game

@@ItSaBeastNerd Those “stupid tackling animations” is what makes a football game, a football game instead of a coaching simulator. Along with catching animations, offensive line animations, running backs and physics. This project is literally a decade behind.
@@Zetler Either you read my reply wrong or you’re using quotes wrong. I never said stupid tackling animations, I said “stupid animation *based* tackling” Maddens reliance on those make unrealistic tackle scenarios and add repetitiveness. I’ve seen defenders in pursuit literally clip through players or even skip a step because a certain tackle animation was triggered. Same goes for offense as I’ve seen the same break tackle animations when a defender is pursuing an offensive player during a break away from behind. Animations will get better with time (I hope), but for now the main focus is gameplay, and animation updates are part of that to make it smoother.
@@ItSaBeastNerdsorry but this game will also just be an animation filled customization game. The tackles dont use physics in any way to determine the tackle animation that will be triggered. From what we’ve seen so far the only thing that determines the animation is the direction the defender is tackling from.
