An honorable mention should be the Infinite 8 killer in GTA V - who was a serial killer around the Alamo Sea area who was responsible for the murder of 8 people who were never found.
You can find several clues of the Infinite 8 Killer around Sandy Shores, which includes:
1. An abandoned house that has several 8's and eerie messages painted on the walls, with jars on a shelf that appear to be filled with human body parts.
2. A burnt-down house next to the abandoned motel that has a newspaper clipping on one of the beams of the killer caught and arrested.
3. A rock next to the train tracks that has more 8's scribbled onto it and an eerie poem from the killer, related to the victims he's killed.
4. Finally, if you manage to get into the Boolingbroke Penitentiary and reach one of the walls in the prison courtyard, you can find the killer's last clue, which is a message, and part of the game's map that leads to the coast of Paleto Bay.
And at that coast, you can find the missing bodies of the 8 victims killed by the Infinite 8 killer - wrapped in plastic and scattered around the water at the sea floor.
That stop crying and stay down from Niko was so satisfying.
At the last easter egg forgot to say that if u go under the baby carrier, u die.

Is it not? It's clearly the layout of Umbrella with the underground research facility and dealing with zombies and whatnot.

the underwater hatch song was a banger
The empty wheelchair on the dock is a reference to a character in FRIDAY THE 13TH PART 2 that was killed by Jason in a wheelchair.
The baby stroller is not creepy, parents would leave them at the sidewalk when they don't need them amore, and homeless people would take them to transport their belongings when a shopping cart can't be found or too impractical.
Then the strollers get left behind for whatever reason
It's been a long time, but if I remember correctly; in San Andreas, the female host of the country music station lays out hints that when you put them together it's her killing her husband's and putting their bodies in the desert mass grave. Also, is it San Andreas that has a graveyard that glows green at a specific time of night?...
OH, and the ghost cars!
The ghost cars are just a side effect of SA tapping out hardware at the time of its release.

Wasn't the mass grave in the desert in gta SA just a leftover from a cut mission?

The most accurate theory is it's the dead husband's bodies of the female TV host Mary-Beth Maybell from the station K-Rose. She mentions she only marries old men with money has unlifed 6 of them.

You also can connect the Romero Butcher to the Romero Mortuary that exists in the same area, would make sense that's where the meats come from.

if you go to the beginning of the game the events of jock pushing her off the mountain takes place, but you have to fly there at the verry beginning of the game like the verry beginning mission where Michael gets shot.
