Confirmed 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 on my XBox 360 (I noticed 4 and 6 years ago when I did those missions), but 5 and 7 must have been added later, probably to the PC version this is, maybe even XBox One. After 9 years of the game being out I just recently realized that if you pull up as Trevor to the Hood Safari mission, if you return as Franklin you can still find Trevor's ride outside of his and his aunts house and save it in a garage.
I find it funny because CJ dying was referenced in GTA 4 which was in 2008, but the fake house thing says he died in 2010 which was 2 years later

In GTA IV (A game set in 2008) there are a few easter eggs to past GTA games, such as graffiti referencing previous protagonists since they were dead by this point.
In the 'CJ's Grave and House' section, the house is fake.
It's not actually in the game, as its just a mod. That's probably why the fake CJ grave said 2010 instead of 2008.
