You forgot one of the triads getting fried alive on mission called fresh meat or something and its not a death but torturing an innocent man to near death smashing his balls in pieces, taking out his tooth, electro shocking him, and near drowning is one of darkest missions of the franchise and all for that to just find an azerbajani dude

Can you do one about the Saints Row series as Saints Row 2 has the most brutalities in the entire series and even is more brutal than the GTA series combined that is Mr Sunshine's death and Shogo's death (More brutal than any GTA brutalities)
The only death that made me feel a little sick was the cutscene in GTA 4 when you shoot the dude in the head point blank at the dock. I'm not sure why that one in particular did it for me but it did.
I also think the sawmill cutscene is more brutal than even the cell phone in GTA v because it takes a specially twisted mind to butcher someone and sell their meat in a butcher shop and make unsuspecting innocent people engage in unintentional cannibalism

Take this with a grain of salt, It was recently revealed that gta 5 Had different endings like in the ending where trevor died instead of a gas tanker it would have been liquid nitrogen.... like a subzero fatalities from mortal kombat . About Jay Norris, what if Rockstar brought him back either with half of his face redone or his brain put into a robot or life-sustaining fluid in a cylinder like RoboCop as part of Doomsday Heist 2? 🤣 I seriously wouldn't put it past them, since they're bringing back characters we killed and making optional murders non-canon. The Bitchin' dog food killer plotline is actually borrowed from a Russian mission in GTA2, though the Russian mission is considerably sillier and more over the top. Your contact with the Russian mob tells you he needs more food for his soldiers and order you to hijack a city Bus, get it full of riders then drive it to the hot dog factory to use as meat. While on the conveyor belt some of the civillians shout "No, I don't want to be a hot dog", "I'm full of saturated fat" and one tries to escape and is gunned down while you hear screams of people getting killed one by one.
Something that should have been mentioned with Johnny K is the piece of brain Trevor scoops off the bottom of his boot, Trevor keeps on the dash of his truck you can see it clearly in first person. For a while I thought maybe it was gum but then I realized what it actually was. So that could honestly be upped in the brutality scale because of that.
