Long night flights across oceans really have a certain allure and magic to them.... It's just soothing to watch these type of flight videos. Thank you for sharing so much awesome footage!!
i remember when i flew air france to paris to visit family over there the flight attendant being shown @ 2:45 - 3:05 was on my flight. she was really nice i cant thank her and the crew enough for making my experience @ air france a wonderful flight. ps it was 1st class all the way both ways
American tourists as I know them in the background ;) commenting on what the plane is doing :p Thanks for sharing SDMullis, your retro video pleases me with showing me what flyings back in the days were like, plus videos on the Air France 747-400 seem rather rare, especially nowadays :( Thanks!
@Chilcoot That may be so, but explain to me how a battery operated camera can interfer with the signals/radar between the aircraft and the control tower? HM.
Even Pilots leave their cell phones/cameras/iPods/etc on during flights. In modern times there is no hard with it. The flight attendants just have to relay the information the FAA tells them to. Plus the "serious sanctions from the FAA" are usually, "Sir/Ma'am, can you please turn that off? It's against FAA regulations to use a transmitting device during takeoff and landing" Have a good day.~
@antimatterXXXIII Haha I have no Idea but he was talking about how he went to some country and there were military guys guarding everywhere, I dont know.
I hate the A 380 is a Disgrace to the real king of the skies Boeing 747. Airbus stole Boeing's 747 concept design. Airbus 380-800 is very overly rated they should give Boeing some credit for making the first double decker aircraft. I like 747 it's the true king of the skies. Boeing 747 has a unique design while A 380 is a adult obese a 320 . BOO AIRBUS!!! GO BOEING YAY!!! UA-cam whats your point of view?

That guy's story during the landing was riveting. LOL
@Chilcoot I hope you take the time to write to the owners of the other 35,000 videos that show takeoff and landing. They need to know this info . . .
B747 king of the skies

Lol 3 years later...
I love how the wing of the 747 is higher than the 737 in atl
Electonics such as camaras do not cause interferance. It is overblown.
Cool aircraft this was AF307 what is the flight number of the return flight
Hey SDmullis, I have one quick question, how was the security prior to 9/11? Because I started ride airplanes after the security got stricter...
finally AirFrance didn't crash
Bruh
@SDMullis I love your videos!
@fsxlover What was he droning on about?
@benguy3496 No it was ' A few overhead bins are in the open position, be careful, items might fall out of them'' :D
Wow. Just a few months later everything would change for the airline industry.
blanchelincoln i thought that too...watching in 2017 i couldn't help but think of that chapter in mankind's history.
@antimatterXXXIII Haha I have no Idea but he was talking about how he went to some country and there were military guys guarding everywhere, I dont know.
