Notes -- Second track to Kraftwerk's classic LP, Computer World. Like the title track, this is one of the other "pop" hits on the album, layered among the longer musical interludes. It's a very danceable song, and as always, sounds amazing on the vinyl. Grado Red is an excellent match.
If you're looking for Kraftwerk on vinyl LP, avoid the 2009 digital remasters. Like most of today's "remasters," the sound is horribly over-compressed and brick-walled. Find the vintage albums instead, and you'll have music that is richer, deeper and more alive. Remember - Analog for LP, Digital for CD.
The turntable is my dependable Sony PS-X5 Direct Drive, and the phono cartridge is a Grado Red. The phono preamp is the Musical Fidelity V-LPS (w/PSU), and is connected to a Marantz 2235b stereo receiver.
