Very practical and useful. I love the fact that it doesn't look "pretty" therefore it is real Gung Fu, a skill one can use quickly, effectively with little movement to cause an attacker to be stopped. Deepest respect to you sir
This reminds me a lot of the Han-Bo techniques from Budokan, especially the way you switch gripping positions. Very cool how totally distinct styles converge like that in pursuit of the most efficient possible methods for the short staff.
