I don't think Sony wants to bring all the old games back to PSVR 2. It is actually a good sign. Forget about most of the old games that are now ported to Quest 2. We want more new generation AAA VR games that are more like Horizon call of the mountain, Firewall ultra and GT7. Rush of blood has a much upgraded version call Switchback VR. Once we see like 10 AAA VR games that can no longer be played on Quest 2, we will see more people adopting PSVR 2 and more AAA VR games Half Life Alyx will be made for both PCVR and PSVR 2.

I’m sad that my 3 of my favorite PSVR titles won’t get a PSVR 2 upgrade, Skyrim VR, Borderlands VR, and Here they lie. I wish there were more vr open world rpg games…at least Rush of Blood gets a sequel and I hope for a borderlands 3 vr one day.
@@TruRipsta Yeah I have it, but It's PC only and since this is about PSVR you can assume they either don't have a PC or don' t have VR for PC. Plus AC7 limited vr on PS4 was still better implemented that wingmans VR.
So excited! I’ve had a quest for a few years but once they basically dropped support for it in favor of the quest 2 I’ve pretty much ignored VR. Very excited to get back into it, especially in the PlayStation ecosystem!
I didn't realize job and vacation sim were getting free upgrades. I've played through them both but I enjoyed enough to replay them. On top of them being perfect for my younger family members to try it out
As much as I hate the idea of them rebooting skyrim AGAIN, my time with it on psvr1 was some of the most spectacular I've ever had in gaming.. So I hope they reboot again
I really hope Vermillion, the paint game for Oculus, gets a port, or we get a really solid paint app/game. The game Vermillion or app, whichever you prefer to call it, is so good, guys. I never even painted it before, and it's my new hobby now.

It’d be nice to see L.A. noire The VR Case Files put on psvr2. I really liked it on psvr but it was blurry and clunky. a psvr 2 port would fix most of those issues

Blood & Truth, AstroBot, Farpoint, DOOM 3, Resident Evil 7, Paranormal Activity, Inpatient, Superhot. Basically, every PSVR1 game with AIM or MOVE Controllers, suffered from drifting and it would be very cool to experience them again, without those issues. Although, I really don't know how to transfer the excelent AIM Controller to PSVR2... or maybe there will be AIM Controller 2 with Farpoint 2 and free Farpoint 1 update ;)
I’m surprised that FIFA has never made a vr mode. Would be the easiest thing ever. Just the normal game but your head is the camera. Would be great to feel the sense of scale and feel like you’re watching the game from the VIP box
I think it would be kinda disjointed, as in FIF you are forever swapping players to who's nearest the ball, so the camera would keep swapping so many times, trying to keep your eye on where the ball it would become really tiring IMHO ...
This list shows that it's not impossible to upgrade last gen games to PSVR2 despite the completely different control scheme. Hopefully we will see many more titles coming.
Would be cool to see Electronauts get an upgrade! It’s not super popular, but being a space DJ with even nicer looking environments, coupled with some haptic feedback, I think it could be really cool!

I’m really glad a good chunk of my games from the PSVR 1 are free for download on PSVR2. Makes me library already start out decent. And I appreciate the ones offering me upgrade as well for a few bucks

If you haven't heard of it the game is free on every other platform and is fun with a 6 hour story campaign. Will it be free on PSVR2 is the question. I am such a huge fan of the Moss games on PSVR1, but the fact the only way to get them on PSVR2 is a full purchase again is horrible. I've praised the developers for years, and now I'm done. If they come out with anything else, I'll be sure not to buy it day 1 and just wait for a heavy sale. It's a slap to the face of those who have been supporting them from the beginning.

@DANRYX yes its one of the games that has sort of a AI. Most games boar me... I game 35 years and never felt anything like it. The score is classic and very well implemented in the game...
I'm honestly more interested in VR versions of already existing games like Resi Village and GT7 than the new titles coming. Horizon looks amazing, but it's hard to get a grasp of exactly how much gameplay there is, or whether it's mostly tech demo stuff. I haven't pre-ordered the headset yet (on account of its frankly ridiculous pricing) but I will eventually get it.
I don't think I'll spend money to upgrade any old games, free updates are good. And someone tell Beat Saber it's due for a price drop. I still haven't played it.

Re7 needs a 4k update for PSVR2
Ace Combat needs to go VR for the full campaign. The three missions they gave us in the last release were outstanding.
Having good tracking for Job & Vacation simulator will make them much more worthwhile on PSVR2

All I'm waiting to hear on is an upgrade for Astrobot and a port of the pc version of Hitman VR.
Hoping borderlands 2 vr gets an upgrade it’s one game that I didn’t get to experience since I passed on the psvr.
