As an Irishman, my respect for the Welsh is immense. Sure the rivalry is there after the IRFU sacked Gatland, but I’ve never discounted the Welsh. They’ve shown their talent for rugby time and again, and on their day, they are outstanding. I mean they ran us close in 2009, only for Jones failing to slot that penalty. Also, that team try scored by Justin Tipuric against England; I enjoyed the hell out of that play. Basic team rugby at its finest. And who could forget when Wales humiliated England at their own World Cup? Now that was hilarious. Love the Welsh. A great bunch of lads.
I love the Irish and especially their rugby team. The only thing I dislike is the Irish media. Saying that I will always cheer for Ireland against anyone other than Wales and Scotland

Ah man, the 2011-2019 teams brought me up. Warburton, North, Foxy, Phillips, halfpenny, G. Jenkins, AWJ, Falatau, Tipuric, Liam Williams all absolutely world class players. I fear that was a once in a generation team.

2019 was your best ever chance to win a world cup. It's just a shame that you guys had a few more key injuries than the other contenders.

Mid 2000s team was just as good in terms of star players. We've had two top class generations back to back, in large part because of social policies and investments being spent to effectively maximise the cream of the crop (at the cost of the grassroots). We'll probably never see another generation of talent like it. Now, our best players like LRZ are coming through the English system. Ryan Jones, Martyn Williams, Stephen Jones, Henson, Shane, Peel, Gethin, Adam Jones were all top players. A couple of others like Howley, Neil Jenkins, Mark Taylor, Bateman, Scott Gibbs, Scott Quinnell, Dafydd James etc were Lions but never the supporting players to win anything. We'll always produce a few top players but the days of having a solid squad is gone. Bringing in non-Welsh players just destroys the very meaning of nationally representative rugby.
I will NEVER tire of that clip of Justin Tipuric dummying Mike Brown.

Huge respect for Welsh rugby from Scottish rugby fan. Definitely can't write them off.
I'm an Italian fan but this literaly gave me goosebumps. This is why we love Wales. This red dragon in the chest, this bravery, this passion...At some point we just have to thank them for all the feelings they share. Even if this year will probably be rough for them, I hope they will quickly regain competitivity. Good luck to all Wales fans and thanks Andrew for this amazing piece of art 🐉❤

For some reason ever since I was a kid I've been supporting Wales like my own French national team. I think that the Dragon flag and the red jersey attracted me as a boy and left an long-lasting impression of greatness in my mental imagery. Great video.

Hello Andy, i know exactly why the WELSH TEAM has nice results from the beginning of the story of rugby. This HUGE ADVANTAGE is that, the players (and the public) are wearing a "RED JERSEY". This nice COLOR who take the LIGHT as many qualities of FIGHT who are excellent for the rugby, like MOTIVATION, AGRESSIVENESS and CONFIDENCE. The proof is that the same players, are different in their clubs, in wearing others COLORS. I m sur that if SCOTLAND team should wear this COLOR and WALES the MARIN BLUE, the results of this sport, aught to be COMPLETELY UNLIKE ... Bruno from FRANCE Scouting for successful ideas who is trying to change the DARK BLUE JERSEY of the FRENCH TEAMS in all sports

What has Wales contributed to the world not a lot it seems but they are great miners and sing well!!! I went to America and asked what do you know about Scotland they said bagpipes, golf, and Scotch whisky oh and Nessie, England what you know beer drinking, Essex girls, and David Beckham, Ireland nice songs, nice girls and Wales no idea!!!! Hopefully Wales can get higher up in the global world blogs England and Scotland it seems are most well known globally and from an English perspective it was England and Scotland that have contributed the most they even invented rugby and football but let's give the Welsh a hand for the best singers and miners and Tom Jones is wonderful.
