I don't think US weapons supply stopped, but financial aid, which also may be used to buy some weapons or fullfill important government functions.

This sounds like a Molotov-Ribbentrop pact like scenario, with Ucraine representing a modern example of the Polish phenomenon of being partitioned by neighbouring powers.
Honestly, I think Transcarpthia should go to Hungary if Ukraine were to be partitioned, with Romania getting Bukovina and Moldova getting Northern and Southern Bessarabia.
@ Yes. A partition of Ucraine's territory by its neighbours would give Russia a diplomatic advantage. As then it wouldn't just appear as an act of illegal conquest and regime change but a historical restoration of traditional lands.

Yes they can! They are just not allowed to reveal the map changes in real time or give details that would compromise Ukrainian Military.
They're allowed to report all the facts with a slight delay, due to opsec.

When you post this, you shouldn't be so eager to do so. The numbers of aircraft losses alone would have made Ukraine the second largest in Europe behind only Russia. The numbers on the tanks losses (and other fighting vehicles) would have made Ukraine the third largest in the world. If they want to claim they blew up a huge amount of Hondas and Ladas thence, yeah I could that.
A lot of already don't believe the Ukranian claims to numbers but for the Russian numbers to blatantly exceed even pre Soviet collapse strength is ludicrous.
