We use wattyl danish oil in nz in all our fine furniture - I use it on my necks NEVER had any issue it dries to a hard finish you can spill a hot cuppa and just wipe it off excellent product which I have used as I am a qualified cabinet maker for 45 years - I haven't found a better product yet 😄
On of my first HVAC jobs was in a shop that was old as dirt. They still used screwdrivers to remove and set screws. At the time I thought I was so smart and quick with my drill. I didn't realize until later that I was the one exhausted and without peace at the end of the day.
