Dr. Ramya did my sister's Lasik. She is suffering with poor vision 10 months post surgery. Every time she tried to meet Dr. Ramya, the doctor was nothing but rude. Trusting this doctor was the worst mistake we ever made Multiple lasik surgeries happen together in the same room. The patients mindset is not taken care at all. Dr Ramya brings in her phone and her students into the operation hall. Worst nightmare my sister faced. Please take care of your eyes. Aggarwal TTK road specially Dr. Ramya can ruin your eyes forever. Please pray for my sister. Now no other doctor or hospital can also treat her. Her cornea has lost all the thickness after what Dr Ramya's trainee students did to her
Greetings from Dr. Agarwal's, We are sincerely sorry to hear about the issues your sister has encountered following her surgery. At Dr. Agarwal's, we prioritize patient care and satisfaction, and it is disheartening to learn that we did not meet your sister's expectations and health needs after her LASIK surgery, performed by Dr. Ramya. To thoroughly investigate this matter and provide the appropriate support, could you please furnish us with your sister's full name, contact number, and Medical Record Number (MRN)? This information will allow us to locate her records in our system and better understand her case. Alternatively, you may write to us at patientcare@dragarwal.com. Your cooperation in sharing these details is crucial for us to conduct a comprehensive review of her case. Our goal is to fully understand the situation and identify any measures we can take to support your sister's health and recovery. Please be assured that we strictly maintain patient confidentiality, and this information will solely be used to address the current concerns. Kind regards, Help Desk
@@DrAgarwalsEyeHospitalLimited Had already consulted several other doctors in Aggarwal post surgery hoping atleast they would help. They all suggest to go back to Dr. Ramya which is scary. Can't take more of rude comments in the current state of mind and poor vision condition. Most of the doctors had told that there's no scope of laser polishing because of the present poor corneal thickness One suggetion though. Dr. Ramya is being advertised for performing the most number of Lasik in a day which is such a wrong kind of motivation to surgeons. This makes them feel they need to finish as many surgeries as possible in a day and care less about the quality. It's people's life and eyes you all are working with. Not a competition. Humble suggestion: We beg you to remove this kind of who completes maximum eye surgeries in a day kinda competition plz. That will save people's lives. And one more suggestion, if the management cares enough, why are the doctors and students allowed to carry phones to the operation theatre. Isn't this unprofessional! Can the management end this practice of carrying phones to the operation theatre! That will save a lot of trauma and promote peace too.
