The music is a bit off, but great job visiting and check India out. 1) you can get many food without nuts... especially in the south (like in Kerala). Surprised that it was not mentioned to you (like beef and parotta, or like fish curry or like appam and chicken curry, chicken 65, puri masala, none of them contain nuts ). North India has nuts like cashews in some of its dishes. Naan is north Indian, you could have tried Masala dosa (all veg, no nuts, contains potatoes). 2) I've seen a few of these vids, no one that I know of ever had seen a tiger there, so congrats on catching that. 3) Sad to see you couldn't enjoy some epic north Indian dishes that contain no nuts like: Chicken Tikka, or Dahl mahkni, dahl tadka, samosa, bindi masala, chicken boona, sheermal, garlic butter naan/cheese naan, Tandoori chicken, Amristari kulcha, chole bhature (chickpea), Nahari, palak paneer, gobi manchurian, aloo gobi, Biryani (veg, chicken or lamb, some contain nuts, but I'm sure you could ask not to have it on it), Amristari fish Oh well, next time.
We had a set schedule and dining so our meals were planned for us. We didn’t get to chose different dishes or places to eat. But thanks for all those options!
