It's not an 80% chance to status, since first the game checks if dire claw inflicted a status, then checks poison touch separately. It doesn't add the chances together. This means the chance of not being statused can be found by multiplying the odds, 50% x 70% = 35% Thus the chance of being statused must be 100% - 35% = 65%. Still an absolutely insane percentage, this thing will be a nightmare to not get statused by unless you're gholdengo.

Kind of wish they don't just drop the hisuians all in with the home NAT Dex, I'd love to see a gen9 only launch like with only the hisuian forms and paldea dex
does unburden activate upon using up a focus sash? that + swords dance & hazard removal sounds crazy fun
Your better off with a White Herb as trying to sweep with 1 HP makes you prey to priority
Informative
Wan an
Ngl Dire Claws chance of effectively taking checks out of the game makes snealser look maybe ban worthy
I didn't really like it's shiny, but after catching a shiny alpha I think I am starting to warm up to it.
Funny thing is, sneasler is like a whole counter to chien pao
It’s slower and chien pao one shots
@@Cris-ol7ol sneasler got unburden which would make it an incredibly fast threat
love the videos, but id recommend making the outro a bit shorter. you normally dedicate like ~1 minute to the
outro, when u prob only need to make it half that amount at most
its not a massive deal but just a general recommendation. still enjoy the videos!
So, it got rid of its ice typing and got a whole lot better.
I wonder how the sleep clause will handle dire claw
What if Chien terastalizes to Fighting type? Or Poison? Will Sneasler also fall too?
This thing doesn’t get ice coverage and that’s unfortunate
I’d figured it’d have ice punch but at least per showdown it doesn’t
Bet this would be at least Ubers considering dire claw
