    As soon as my neighbors kids start playing outdoors, their high pitched voices give me anxiety attacks. They screech horribly and I can’t control the anxiety they cause me

At the beginning of this session, I was sitting on the chair, with my arms on my lap and feet on the floor, towards the end of this session, my arms and feet were literally a few cms in the air and I didn't feel any fatigue, oh my god I just cant believe this, it worked for me, thank you so much sir!!

    I have severe debilitating ptsd and hypersensitivity is part of it, especially misophonia. I started listening to this when I started fixating on the noise of the fan moving around downstair below me creaking. Its now bothering me less, way less loud, and even completely ignorable at some times. Thank you.

    This is my first encounter with a professional hypnotist. I find this very effective indeed. There are many effective meditation techniques available, but I found myself too troubled with anxiety to practice them properly. This seems to me a good find. I have saved a good number of videos from this channel to playlist and looking forward to work through them. There are many topics relevant to me, but, In the world obsessed with weight loss I am unable to find a content which would help me with weight gain. I am sure it would be possible for professional hypnotist to make one. And yes, I will purchase all MP3 files which I find effective for me in due coarse of time. I believe every professional work has to have rewards, provided it works. Same attitude I adopted for books: I have to read a book before I can decide to make a purchase. So many PhD's writing these days pure water: content that can be condensed in a few pages is stretched out to hundreds of pages of useless information for ordinary mortal. Many thanks for videos covering so many topics.

    Your voice in combination with that lovely music is calming , i listen to this video everyday. I,m very sensitive after losing my mother and husband at the same time, guess that causes the noise anxiety. i’m here because i don’t know what the f is wrong with me 💀 for the past 2 years since my social anxiety started kicking in i’ve been really sensitive to noise like the norm of people eating, the hoover or a drill from building work. it got progressively worse as time went by and i’d have to blast music loudly in my earphones to cover up these noises that physically pained me. today made me realise something’s off as i was sitting at the dinner table with my family eating and the noises started to take over and i was getting really stressed, i tried covering my ears with my hands but i could still hear my family chatting and eating loudly. i closed my eyes for a bit to calm down (yes my family just sat by as i broke down inside because their noises were irritating me) then i kind of spaced out for a second but suddenly there was a loud band on the table and i literlly you screamed it hurt my i don’t even know what but i felt like physical pressure in my brain (?) i ran upstairs super quickly to calm down and do the things i usually do to destress then i realised i left my phone down stairs and i literally ran down to get it because i didn’t want to hear anymore noise from the people around me :/ i went a cried for some mins because i had no idea what was happening but it was really scary, it’s happened before where i got super irritated by being surrounded by my family making noises but i learned to ignore it because my parents would think i was just irritable from not sleeping well agh i don’t even know how to explain it to be honest

    • @everyday6ix_616
      @everyday6ix_616 4 роки тому +1

      i just reread this and it sounds like i have really trash parents but that’s not the case 😹 ever since i was young i’d have low patience with people so when i tell them that their noises stress me out they usually just say i’m being silly, and the reason they didn’t say anything when i was breaking down at the table was because non of my family know about my existing anxiety and struggles because i just don’t like talking about things
      they care about me a lot so if i branch my problems to them they would help me and support me but i’m not in much of a position to tell them what’s going on when i don’t know myself

    • @thirtyacres7504
      @thirtyacres7504 5 років тому +5

      I'm sorry! I lived through years of dog barking, 24/7. The only time I ever got a break from it was at night when the dog fell asleep. Due to neglectful owners, the dog was chained up and it was never walked. As a result, two dogs in my neighbors backyard barked ALL DAY. This went on for at least 3 years from what I can remember. I stayed because the rent was dirt cheap, and that was the price I had to pay to stay in a neighborhood of people who just didn't care. If you can, leave. Run for the hills. You cannot change people. Even if you ask them nicely to control their dog, report them to the city animal shelter, nothing changes. It's time to leave. Find your sanctuary.

    it will be an uphill battle
    but there is no other way
    the Noise can't be tolerated
    the World Must be changed
    Yep
    Complain about it
    Find like Minded people
    and there will be a way
    how loNG will it take?
    too long
    We Need peace Now
    We Needed quiet our whole lives
    but didn't get it
    Now, we've had enough
    No More pathologizing our need for quiet
    Our Nervous systems are not lying to us
    It Is a CorrectInstinct that the sound is bad
    and all indicator to do something about it
    We don't want
    Central NERVOUS systems
    We want
    Central CALM systems
    LOL
    well said

    Would be nice to hear the man speak over that stupid background music but OK

      Thanks for the feedback, its always appreciated! I understand how the background music could be distracting for some. Would you prefer a version with less prominent music, or perhaps one without music altogether?
