I love this channel. the self hypnosis videos are truly unique and quite effective. I used to have a problem with over thinking, until i listened to your video "healing through love". After that my mind has calmed down tremendously. I was wondering if you ever thought about doing a "connecting/opening the third eye" self hypnosis video? or even a self hypnosis video on harmonising, and aligning the 5 bodies/koshas??

Did anyone else experience flashing loss of eyesight while staring in a moderately dark room?
After staring for a couple of minutes, at some moment, in over 2-3 seconds with eyelids open I blacked out completely, present and conscious. First I thought I may just be falling asleep, but no, to my horror, my eyelids were wide open and yet everything was blackness. As I said, my room, is dimly lit by street lamps, it's not some basement that can be completely dark. When I blinked vision returned, thanks God. I tested it again two more times staring (since I was shocked and couldn't believe) and the process repeated.
This author may have good intentions, but in attempt to be original it's not the first time I come across some dubious idea.. I'm interested to know did anyone else experience the same?
