CB300R Highway Cruiser? - HD Version

The CB300R is happiest on back roads and minor highways, but it can cruise at motorway speeds. In the UK the speed limit for motorways and dual carriageway roads is 70 mph, however if you cruise at this speed then even the trucks pass you!
This short video shows that the CB300R is capable of cruising at motorway speeds if you need to. This was sitting up on the bike with a slight headwind and just gently rolling on the throttle in 6th gear.
Note that the CB300R speedometer reads about 5 mph fast at 70 mph, so an indicated 70 is around 65 mph

Do you think this unit is comfortable enough to ride an hour at a time at 70 mph?

It wouldn't be my first choice. I'm sure the bike would be OK, but you are going to be doing around 7,500 rpm and the red line is 10,000 rpm so it's not going to feel relaxed. This is really a bike for having fun on the back roads.
