How are you finding the smoothness of the Honda gearbox? I'm planning on test riding a few bikes like the CB300R, KTM 390 Duke, i've done many years riding more powerful and heavier bikes, so looking to downsize to something fun and more suited to todays busy roads.

This is the first Honda I've owned and I can't really tell any difference to Yamaha and BMW gearboxes. It's smooth and works well. You can do clutchless upshifts easily if you really want to, but there isn't much point and it shifts fast enough anyway.
