I just did this, following your video, thanks! My only suggestion is that you should take the centre piece around the gearshift out first, and replace it last. The side pieces fit under this centre piece

If anyone doing this just to get their acm repaired, i fixed mines by having the acm mother board in the oven at 380 degrees for 10-20mins
lets it fully cool off

@@TheRealTacoPapi it’s real. You probably never solder chips on a mother board before but doing it on the oven will re do ever solder inside the ACM.

You can, the trick is getting the bezel off without breaking it
